Ocean Lakes has an Olympic-size outdoor pool, a new waterpark, tanning decks, and a heated indoor pool. You'll find snack shops, a huge oceanfront observation deck, a grocery/gift store, three playgrounds, a marine life nature center, eight freshwater lakes, a 17,000 sq. ft. recreation center, an arcade with 80 games, miniature golf, basketball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, golf cart, paddle boat, and bicycle rentals, and one mile of the resort's privately owned beach. ***Rental is intended for families only and you must be 25 to rent
***Renter is responsible for any fines assessed by Ocean Lakes.

Disclosures:
This house will sleep a maximum of 6-8 total.
Hurricane policy is if there is a mandatory evacuation then there will be a prorated refund for those days.

Additional Fees:
Refundable Damage Deposit is $350.00
Damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your departure.
Ocean Lakes charges $15/car/day
Lost Keys (if applicable) will result in $75 fee from deposit
