MY family and I were very happy with the size. Yes, I would rent it again.

A Week with our 3 Boys

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our yearly summer getaway! We have been coming to Lakewood since I was a little girl and now it's a family tradition for my boys. This year's rental was good. A typical 3 bedroom/2 bath place with a good size covered front deck with a picnic bench to enjoy. The day we arrived was spent, so it does delay the delivery of linens but we did eventually get them. We did not get the comforters/blankets but we made do with our own. They were behind and didn't have any available but it wasn't worth getting upset over. We did have to buy insect spray for around the outside of the house and deck as there were ants EVERYWHERE upon our arrival. It was easily fixed on our own and it didn't come into the house, so no big deal. The kitchen in this house didn't have an oven, which was absolutely bizarre to us. The kitchen was tiny and looked like they took out the oven and took out a lot of counter space to just leave an extra kitchen table. Not our preference and we wouldn't ever rent this specific house again because of the layout. All the other kitchen appliances and plates and such were sufficient and in good condition. The master bathroom faucet handle was broken and wobbly but still was functional. The shower had in this bathroom needed replaced also. The furniture was older but still comfortable. The mattresses were not comfortable and the pillows need replaced a good 2 years ago. Overall, we love Lakewood and recommend the campground but not this property until it's updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall resort experience was great. Property could use some upgrade of outdoor furniture. This outdoor furniture is falling apart. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Property location is good as long as you rent golf cart. Covered porch is great. No oven but does have toaster oven which we did not use. Overall property is good.
