A SLICE OF PARADISE! - Direct Oceanfront condo


Drift asleep to the sound of the ocean in this wonderful newly redesigned and owner operated oceanfront king suite after a relaxing day on the beach. With an amazing view of the Atlantic ocean, this condo is comfortably equipped for two people. Located DIRECTLY oceanfront on the 7th floor at the Sand Dunes Resort along the Golden Mile in Myrtle Beach.

The unit is designed with couples in mind and has all the comforts for relaxation after a day on the beach. With a custom handcrafted bed and luxury linens, relax on the balcony with a cocktail or catch up on your favorite TV series on the 55" Ultra HD TV.

The Suite comes equipped with luxury linens, bath towels, facecloths, hand towels, and a starter kit of trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge.
The kitchenette has a full microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, an induction cook top along with pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware. It has a toaster, a Keurig , coffee maker and blender.

For your convenience 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler is supplied.

Sand Dunes Resort offers outdoor and indoor pools with lazy river. The condo is located on the 7th floor with easy access the beach via the elevators. Beach chairs and umbrella and small cooler are provided for your convenience. Beach towels not provided.

There are two restaurants at the resort, Oceanfront 74 and River City Cafe. Within a block of the resort there is a larger selection of restaurants. Crave , Carrabba's, Barefoot Landing to name a few!. Also Starbucks on the corner.

Within a short driving distance from Sand Dunes there are many things to do. Miniature golf, Outlet shopping, pier fishing, or go to Broadway at the Beach with its nightly entertainment and fireworks displays. There are dinner shows like the Pirates Voyage and the Alabama Theater or House of Blues. After taking a walk along the Boardwalk take a ride on the Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel to see a spectacular 360' view of Myrtle Beach! Or maybe a baseball game at the Pelicans stadium! The choices are endless.!!

Very nice condo for two people with a great ocean view. The Sand Dunes complex has great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, restaurant and a pizza / ice cream counter. I would definitely stay here again on a future Myrtle Beach trip.

We enjoyed a very cute and well stocked condo built for two. The resort was set up very convenient with great access going in or out, or coming and going. Would recommend for a couples getaway.

We had everything we needed for our short stay in Myrtle Beach. The location on the 7th floor balcony gave us a perfect view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette had all we needed to have a simple breakfast and lunch. The swimming pool area was nice and access to the beach was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Getaway

This studio right on the beachfront was really nice. You can tell it has been renovated recently! Just the right size for the two of us. Very clean which is I important to me. The only downfall is that the beach is very crowded since there are several other large resorts nearby.

The condo was very nice, comfortable and relaxing. Also loved the oceanfront balcony! The only thing that we had a slight problem with is the very soft mattress and pillows, we prefer a firm mattress and pillows. But other than that it was a very nice stay.

The room was very nice, the resort not so much. Elevators were hot and nasty. Outside was fine. Parking was limited as Parking garage was small. Pools were nice and the onsite restaurant was good.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I needed a fall getaway and this property was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The decor was cute and beachy and there was plenty of seating. The bed was soft and comfy but we love a soft mattresses. Mini kitchen with full frisge and microwave but no cooktop which I do not cook on vacation so perfect for us. The views of the ocean and beach were lovely and I loved having beach chairs in the condo to use. We spent alot of time on the balcony and appreciated the nice tall chairs to see over the railings. Its isolated from the crazy activities in main Myrtle but its quiet and thats what we wanted. Close to restaurants but will need to drive. 1 burger restaurant close to walk and a pizza ice cream place in the building as well as a bar with some food options. We ate from the bar one night and did not care for it. I would definitely stay here again.

I fell in love with the space the second we opened the door! It smelled amazing, the room was beautifully decorated and spotless clean.
