When it’s time to relax and relish some energy, treat yourself to a stay at this out of extraordinary condo at Sandy Beach Resort. Our condo is home cozy, with leather sofa and classic furniture that different from most hotel style condo.

A luxury vacation condo nested in the heart of Myrtle Beach, this beautifully modern decorated 1- bedroom condo is spacious (750 sq ft) and comfortably accommodates 2-4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. It is one of the largest one-bedroom-units in the resort, featuring largest oceanfront balcony of all one-bedroom-units. Our condo likely has the highest quality home style furniture out of any unit in the resort and beautiful flooring in the bedroom along with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a King Size bed. A full-size murphy bed can be pull down in the living room. You’ll have access to a full kitchen with elegant granite counter top and stainless appliances, flat top range, slow cooker etc., so you can whip up a feast for your whole family or an intimate dinner for two.

Drink in the oceanfront from your private balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of waves. Indulge yourself in the relaxing whirlpool. Pick a lounge chair for a day of basking in the sun. Other home-away-from-home bonuses include the oceanfront pools, fitness center, wireless internet, TVs in each room, DVD player with owner’s collection of DVDs, and a washer/dryer closet.

5 day vacation in Myrtle Beach. Location was good as the attractions we were interested in were close by. Unit wasn’t bad - not as clean as we expected and the furniture is tired and not very comfortable as we had bad weather and spent significant time indoors. A regular table with good chairs would be a good addition.

Great condo for a weekend at the beach! Check-in was super easy, unit is close to the elevator (but set back enough that you don’t hear them) and beach access is just steps from the building. I would not hesitate to book with Linda again.

Beautiful view and location

The condo was clean, comfortable for the two of us, and had a fabulous view. However, I do agree with one of the other reviews the condo could use a deep clean, new shower curtain, and paint job to freshen up the place. The host responded quickly to any questions. Check in was very easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived a few hours early and could not get in the condo so the front desk had a room for us to put our luggage in and we were able to enjoy the pool. There are two outside pools so getting chairs was not a problem and you could also rent chairs and an umbrella from the lifeguard if you prefer the beach. We loved how close the elevator was from the pool and beach. We did not have a car, therefore, we walked the beach every day to the boardwalk to grab dinner at one of the many restaurants. We could have easily gotten an Uber but we enjoyed the walk. This was our first time to the area and we would definitely stay here again! Loved the view and the location!

Getting to the condo and getting in was very easy. The layout was as pictured except bedroom was kind of tight. We found the condo to be a little disappointing due to not being clean and lacking in kitchen utensils . We felt like we were at camp. Some dishes were dirty/ condo was dusty / 2 pillows had no pillow cases on them. I guess over all the condo did not have the feel as described . Bed was comfy bathtub curtain has mold on it. Check out was easy

Great location, but.......

We really enjoyed the condo location and the easy way we could get out and about to all the festivities MB has to offer. Love the balcony furniture...especially the chaise lounger which is perfect for sunning, watching the sunrise/sunset, beach walkers, etc. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the clutter and lack of space. The bedroom furniture is wayyyyyy too big for that space and a real safety hazard if you're on the wrong side of the bed trying to navigate such a small space to walk between the bed and dresser. Every drawer in the bedroom was filled with extra linens, blankets, pillows, etc. Just no room for our clothes without stacking the "extras" somewhere and having to move them all the time. One other suggestion...ask your property management people to check the Murphy bed when they visit. We opened it just to see how it fit in the living room and found really dirty linens and chips in it.

Beautiful view and Great location!!!

Our family loved the condo! it's everything describe in the listing plus more and the host Linda is excellent and responds fast to any questions. We had a wonderful vacation. We even had family staying 2 hotels down that came to the condo and was jealous of how beautiful and nice it was compared to their room. We loved the balcony so much that my husband wanted to sleep out on it. 🤣 I do have 3 complaints. First one has nothing to do with the condo itself and it's the parking for the resort its across the street (they have a small section for loading and unloading at the resort itself but it was constantly crowded) so if you're needing easy and accessible parking this is not the resort for you. Second the condo could use a good deep cleaning (mainly needs the stove pulled out and cleaned around). Third the living room needs to be rearranged so that furniture doesn't have to be moved to use the pull down bed. BUT none of these would stop me from still booking this room again in fact we will be booking this condo for future Myrtle Beach Trips!!!

I have to say the pictures do not do the picture justice. Amazing patio view. Neighbors super quit! And staff awesome. Every we enacted with so friendly first time at Myrtle Beach can’t say enough on how amazing it was. Too many option and not enough time !! Definitely planning another trip in the future!

Well maintained condo with wonderful balcony and views. Easy beach access and a great place stay. Condo was supplied with the necessities to get you started, even has ice machines which was nice for coolers. We really enjoyed the balcony especially in the evening. Owner communicated well and answered any questions we had promtly.

Good but needs a few added touches

Our long weekend stay was very nice and the condo was comfortable. Everything worked which is always good. Being a former short term rental owner, I have a few suggestions. First reduce the amount of furniture in the master bedroom so it is easier to get around the room. One dresser would be plenty even for an extended stay. Second, rearrange the furniture in the livingroom so it does not have to be moved when you pull down the hideaway bed. Third, stock basic seasonings in the kitchen. Salt and pepper last a long time and for a weekend stay, renters should not have to buy them.
