Bob and Anne were the ultimate hosts! The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with most everything you could need for a beach stay. They answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We will definitely be contacting them for any future trips to myrtle beach!

Great location sooooo close to the beach. Easy parking, easy access to unit. Everything you might need in the condo and for the beach. Great communications from the owners. Lots of helpful information in the unit. Excellent overall experience!

Amazing Hosts

Anne, and Bob were amazing in every way. They helped with every question, so quickly and gave great recommendations in the area. Pictures do no justice of the condo, it is very spacious. They have thought of everything you may need during your stay. We will definitely book again. Short walk to the beach, and in a great neighborhood. Check in/out were made so simple as well.

Well-stocked condo in a great location

Condo owners provided all the necessities and more! Location is as close to the beach as you can get without being oceanfront. Only negative is the master bedroom is against the entrance wall near elevators so isn’t great if you’re a light sleeper. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend the unit.

The condo was more welcoming and comfortable than a hotel with all of the necessary room and amenities. The hosts provided an informational binder with local attraction and restaurant suggestions, which was very handy. The condo is in a great location (close to dining) and we felt quite comfortable walking around at 10:30 at night. "Checking in" and out was very easy and the condo had plenty of parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were easy to access and the beach was only a half block away. The hosts were very responsive, answering all of my questions. I am very thankful for their hospitality and certainly recommend their condo. 5-stars!

Enjoyable vacation

This place had everything we needed for a great vacation. The owners were incredibly easy to correspond with and answer any questions. Since nothing is perfect in life there was a couple minor things. The place was a bit smaller than pictures made it appear. Also the hotel was quite noisy but adjusted to it. On the positive sides location was great. Pool was great. The included extras in the place came in handy. The 2 fold out beds in the cabinets were perfectly usable twins. All beds were nice and towels and linens were of nice quality. Will definitely look to use again in back in Myrtle beach again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Bob and Anne have it all figured out! Communication and comfort in your home away from home. We packed light and everything we needed was already there! Plenty of kitchen accessories, water for showers was always hot, personal bedside fans and enough extra outlets to power all of your electronic needs no matter where you parked yourself! You are within walking distance to dollar general or food lion for anything you might need. And the beach is steps away!! They have the perfect location for everything!! We highly recommend Easy Peasy rentals, because as the name states, they made everything easy peasy!!

Girls trip at the horizon

We had a lovely stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back to our hosts again for future trips. I look forward to another adventure staying with Bob and Anne. We loved all the conveniences. Parking, simple check in, kitchen utilities, and beach chairs. Location alone made this trip smooth. I could drive less than a mile to a major grocery store. There were several dining choices in the area as well. Overall, my sister and mom loved the time we spent there.

College Tour and Beach time

We stayed for two nights on a college visit to Coastal Carolina. The condo was clean and offered all the amenities we needed. We loved the convenience of the beach which was just a short walk and visited the pool. Bob and Anne were very quick to respond when contacted and great hosts! There was a grocery store nearby and the area felt safe. It was spring break but the beach was not crowded with people- mostly families with young children. If we return, we will stay here again! Thanks so much for sharing your place!

Great location. Confusing property to navigate tho. The place was roomy enough and the listing was accurate. The check in process was nice in terms of dealing directly with the property owner who was able to answer questions within minutes of texts which was reassuring, but the building itself is confusing. Park on the 4th P4 parking garage floor to reduce the amount of stairs needed to get up to the main floor with the condos. The elevator only being available with a key card is annoying. There was a long code to enter the unit and the door lock machine was tough to work. Made for an interesting initial impression. When we got setup and settled in the wifi was out. I messaged the owner who was able to provide a phone number for the ISP who I called twice and spent 45 minutes in total on the phone with, but apparently it was too big of an issue to fix for the ISP. Wifi was needed for 2 out of the 3 TVs in the unit. The owner did offer to move us to another unit, but it was already 10pm. I had to use lots of personal cell data for my decompression time when I came back to the place after a long day. Not much a property owner can do when the internet just doesn't work. The property was clean. The amenities were excellent. The beds were springy and seemed a bit old. There was a note there about tipping the cleaning crew which is very distasteful. We enjoyed it for the location but likely wouldn't consider this place again in the future.

Great value, perfect hosts

My family of five just spent four nights at this location and we're very happy with our choice. Some points worth mentioning:1) the owners are friendly and very proactive in terms of communication. Although we didn't have to, I have a very good feeling that if we ran into some sort of emergency situation, they would have been prompt to respond. 2) The condo was a perfect size for our family of five. It was clean and decorated how you'd expect a beach-side vacation home to be. It was also furnished nicely with the kitchen having most of the basics that you would have at home. For the times when we were inside rather than out and about, we found it to be comfortable to lounge around in. Despite being small, we never felt cramped. For the price and with the alternative being a hotel room, I couldn't ever imagine choosing the latter.3) The location couldn't have been any better for us. There is an ocean view from the patio and when you walk outside, you have less than a five minute walk to the beach. Even better is that this part of the beach is much less crowded than other spots. We were always able to set up camp in ideal spots and felt safe leaving our personal belongings unattended while we enjoyed the water. You can also get to a ton of great spots within a fifteen minute drive in any direction from this condo. Tons of great restaurants and shopping were always just down the road. If we ever decide to visit MB again, this place will definitely be top of the list!

Tremendous Condo with Outstanding Service and Value!

My wife and I stayed for a week in late January, early February, 2023 in Myrtle Beach. Bob and Anne recently purchased this condo and went out of their way to refurbish it prior to our stay. This is one of several units at The Horizon that they own and operate. The condo is located in a great location next to the ocean, with all of the major restaurants, retail shopping and Myrtle Beaches’ greatest attractions all very close. First let me say that the condo was very clean and met our needs wonderfully. Not only was the condo well stocked with all of the essentials but also with additional little surprises that you won’t find in many other condos. Bob and Anne go out of their way to ensure that they provide you with the best service possible. They will communicate with you and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The condo is great but Bob and Anne truly will make the effort it very pleasurable and worry-free. They will do anything and everything they can to make your stay a wonderful experience.
