Not a fancy place but a good value. No pool & only one ice machine for the entire property. It was adequately clean & bed/pillows were pretty comfy.

One Night Stayover

May have once been an amazing spot (beautiful sights) but is now very rundown. Although the staff is bright and cheery, the hotel itself is very worn down, dirty, and full of long-term tenants. On the bright side, the entire hotel is very lit up with great lighting and safe. This is fine for a one night stay over especially with a mini fridge and microwave convenience. Hot coffee in the am hours is a nice touch.

Property is little old but room was very clean and spacious, shower was very good. Nice quiet place and staff were very friendly. Parking was adequate and well lit. Bed was extremely comfortable so that I had a very good sleep. Food options near by are very good. Good value for price in the town.

Customer service was great and prompt Rooms where clean and so where the linen Property has a nice view of georgetown marina Has continental break fast, enjoyed my morning coffee. The front lobby is very well done up for working and relaxing when looking for change. Guest laundry with in the property made life easy.

Very newly remodeled, new clean bed. Flooring and bathrooms were dirty as staff did not clean well but otherwise nice and budget friendly. Better then any other Motel 6 I've stayed in.

Great staff. The front desk person gave me top floor. I said can't do stairs and she immediately switched the room and gave me bottom floor room. The room was clean. Bathroom spotless. The sheets were smelling good. Will certainly recommend my coworkers.

More than satisfactory

This hotel recently converted to a Motel 6 and it appears they are updating all the rooms (saw two rooms being repainted while I was there). Room in good condition overall although no hygiene amenities or a coffee pot in room. This is my second stay in the past six weeks and I would stay there again. Sits in the river with a marina view.

The new look of the rooms are very good. Property was very clean. Staff was ery nice. I feel it was very quiet and safe. Very co venient location for nice di ni g experience. I had a nice night rest, mattress was so comfortable that I cannot explain in the words. Highly recommend to everyone. Awesome tram work and customer service in great price. Pooja the general managerhas been the definition of leader and hard worker. Her staff hold her in high regard for everything and so they try to make one's experience pleasant.

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner kept the room cool. However, the room was in a general state of disrepair. The front door had no weather stripping, so the bottom was open to the outside. The bedsheet had a cigarette burn hole. I had booked a non-smoking room, but was assigned a smoking room with an ashtray and the smell of stale smoke.

I understand it's being renovated/new owner, but..

I wanted to give the new owner a pass ,but: The room stunk like weed My room was in rough shape (molding falling, dead bugs, etc...) My shower would not drain and the tub was so flimsy a felt like a was gonna fall through Every time you got into bed, it sounded like someone throwing a baseball at a metal shed (my apologies to whoever i was over) The breakfast consisted of cereal and some tiny muffins. In the plus side, the bed was clean(but, noisy), the ac worked well, and the staff was very pleasant..

Front desk employee was friendly. The king bed and pillows were comfortable. Room(non-smoking) reeked of marijuana, folded towels were dirty, faucet handle had toothpaste on it, floor was dirty, bedside table lightbulb broken, tv would not turn on (tho' remote was operational.) It appeared someone had used the room 'partially', then left it to appear cleaned. Additionally, Expedia lists this hotel as having a pool; it did not. Very disappointed. Regret having paid a non-refundable fee without seeing the room's conditions beforehand. Another unit was unavailable.

Bad owner rude and nasty old bald headed fat dwon'

The desk staff was awesome!!!!! The owner the older gentleman was not so friendly or helpful . Our room was rather nice. There was a tub mat in the tub .I wondered why but ok apon stepping into my shower because there was nothing to stop up tub to take a bath. I realized why there was a tub mat!!!! There were two holes in the tub !!!!! Omg 😱! So I get out an dry off while watching the TV then the cable cuts of and I get nothing but a snowy screen for 5 mins on every channel!!!! Then I just got mad 😡💢💢💢💢💢💢💢 so I ordered a king size bed I get only 3 pillows weres the other 3 pillows???? So I proceed to office desk clerk says she'll send owner ok so then owner comes to my room and I proceed to ask why I only have 3 pillows with a king I should have 6 he say ask desk clerk if we got them she'll get them. I say ok the tube has 2 holes in it and my TV is all snow he says very rudely nothing wrong with TV I said that's because the cable must have clicked back on you have problem you leave now you get refund nothing else you take to desk clerk. And leaves. So deck clerk come to room got tears in her eyes knowing it was fkd up tells me if I choose to stay I got to sign I choose to stay 😱 she was the only one that listened and care n was friendly I won't be back and ps there black mold in lobby air vents

They're trying I guess.

The end table was waaaay too small and short. There was no room for two cell phones on top. I has to put the regular phone in the drawer. The toilet would not flush without taking the tank lid off each time. There was no coffee, kleenex, shampoo, or conditioner. The sink was cracked. Refrigerator worked but hummed all night. I had to set the clock. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The view was of nature. The mirror over rhe sink was modern and new. It was quiet all night. The bed had metal framing under it and springs. They squeeked just rolling over. The heater/ac was good. The hall accross the street was junky looking. The breakfast was sparse at best and the oj machine was out of order. We did not eat there.

Had to ask for towels of any kind, minimal pillows (no extras), don't plan on breakfast, older property, not the cleanest. Stayed at worse. A cheaper place to crash. It was pretty quiet.
