The spacious interiors feature contemporary furnishings, offering a welcoming environment for up to 6 guests. Each unit is equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen, allowing for convenient in-unit cooking, as well as a washer/dryer combo for your convenience. You'll have access to private balconies or patios to enjoy the scenic views. Inside, enjoy the comfort of multiple flat-screen TVs and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

The Myrtlewood Villas complex offers resort amenities such as an outdoor pool, indoor pool complex, a fitness center, shuffleboard and volleyball courts, and more. Additionally, for golf enthusiasts, there are golf courses nearby, making this a perfect spot for both relaxation and recreation.

Guest Access
As a guest of Myrtlewood Villas, you'll have access to a variety of resort amenities, including the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, you can take advantage of the shuffleboard and volleyball courts as well. Just a short distance away, you'll find public beach access, where you can spend your days lounging by the ocean.

Please note that, while guests have access to most resort amenities, there are some private or members-only areas that are off-limits. Specific amenities such as the golf course and certain recreational activities may require additional fees or reservations.

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. We do not rent to locals.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license or ID are required for all bookings.
