Conveniently located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, you’ll find yourself close to everything! The Convention Center, Broadway at The Beach, The Boardwalk, amusements, shopping, world class golf, attractions and restaurants are right outside your door.

It features a King size bed, and one full bath. This unit also has a full kitchen complete with full sized appliances. There is also a large living room where you can enjoy captivating oceanfront views! This unit is located on the second floor and is direct oceanfront. It is also an end unit, not only do you only have neighbors on one side, but you get the added benefit of additional windows to let in the beautiful Myrtle Beach sunshine!

This unit is centrally located in a stunning resort. As a guest you will have full access to their amenities which include; Indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, hot tub, and free garage parking. 

This unit was completely remodeled in 2017 and features Granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, and a beautiful marble backsplash. This unit only has the best of the best. There is no carpet in the unit, the floors have been completely redone with luxury flooring. It also features an instant hot water system for instant and endless hot water for a relaxing shower after soaking up the sun!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our time here. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do! The heated pool was really nice! Especially because we came when the weather was still cool. The hot tubs were even better. The place itself was clean and nicely updated. The shower was either super hot or super cold, but we made it work. There was some pier construction right outside the condo, so it was a bit noisy to sit out on the balcony. Overall it was a great place for the quick trip we took.

Good spot

We enjoyed the quick access to the beach from this condo. It is a little bit of a walk to get to the boardwalk area but that was fine for us. There was a water dripping from the floor above due to a water heater issue on the unit above us. There were a few beach chairs that we used at the beach. Brad was really fast to respond to any questions. Overall a good unit!

Perfect Fall Beach Escape

We stayed at this property for a fall getaway. The building was secure and quiet. We loved the view and found it the perfect spot for coffee, yoga and just relaxing. The kitchen was modern and we had everything we needed. We were also close enough to restaurants to walk. The host was very attentive. We will certainly consider staying here again.

This condo was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.The view of the ocean was spectacular from the balcony. We had everything we needed, but could have used a few more towels. Nice that it was close to so many eating places. The highrise building itself was old and really needs updating.

Good find

The condo was great and had everything we needed. It was clean but could probably use a deep clean as I notice doors and frames if they haven’t been wiped down in a while. The building itself could use a face lift and the indoor pools are filthy. If I were paying HOA fees, I would be upset about that. We did enjoy the outdoor hot tub and of course our view, which was excellent. The location was also great. Close to everything yet not in the heart of crowds.

Lovely location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The view is incredible - 2nd floor and on the corner so you get a complete ocean view AND 3 street views. The condo is quaint and was perfect for the 2 of us. It has all necessities that are important - dishes, bedding, stove, refrigerator, great A/C!, microwave, linens, outdoor patio with seating (oceanfront), and an incredibly comfortable bed. We were impressed. We used the hot tub and spent a lot of time on the beach. The outside of the building is in need of repair but the unit itself is lovely and super easy to access! It is in its own little area with only a few condos on the sides! A hidden gem! We will return! Thank you.

Very nice place to stay

This condo was clean and quiet and plenty of room for the two of us. Nice size kitchen although we did not use it and ate out all the time. The building is on the old side so don't expect anything fancy in the building. Small work out room. Door lock was covered with tape to prevent door from locking and keeping you out so I did not feel that was very secure. We had a very disturbing incident with one of the older residents. We took two of the recliner beach chairs which were outside in the front of the condo down to the beach to get a better view of the beach. This older resident told us we could not do this and even though we said we would return the chairs when done with them he refused to leave us alone and accused us of stealing the chairs and if we did not return them immediately he threatened to call the police!! We returned the chairs but after a yelling match with the resident. I don't blame the owner for this and although it was a disturbing event we never saw this person again and so it did not affect the rest of our stay. I would still say the condo was a nice place to stay - just don't try and take the chairs down to the beach!!! As a few people mentioned make sure to bring extra toilet paper as there was only one extra roll available. Only gave 4 stars due to the incident with the chairs since it was rather disturbing to have someone threaten us with calling the police.

The Property Manager was super! He always responded quickly, which meant I had no unanswered questions! The condo was really clean and nice and very relaxing! And it had great accommodations to the beach! I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m in the area!

Room with an amazing view

Property was perfect for 2. Everything was as described with a great tourist friendly location easy parking. Easy to walk around with both a indoor and outdoor pool areas. Very safe and secure area we were very happy with the accommodation. Host was fabulous very easy to communicate with which we greatly appreciated as it was our first vrbo.We would definitely come back. Thank you Brad for letting us use the property.

Fun anniversary and Ripken baseball weekend

My husband and I had a great time celebrating our an anniversary and watching our son play at the Ripken baseball experience. The apartment is perfect for a couple, the ocean view is spectacular, and the location is awesome - you can walk to the boardwalk and other great amenities. As others reviewers have noted, the facilities - pool and jacuzzi - are small and outdated. It would be a perfect setting if they were modernized.
