This updated OCEANFRONT cutie is located in the Iconic Atlantica One Building, it's your Clean, Cozy retreat to return to at the end of each beach day!! It offers a great, relaxing stay with one King sized bed, 1 bath, 1 Kitchenette, 1 guests closets, spacious living room sitting area for chatting with your love ones.
It's a privately owned condo on the 5th floor with INCREDIBLE VIEW. Large and Super clear Smart TVs ( Movie nights!! ), also new furniture, linens, towels, S.S. appliances, etc. so many upgraded goodies.

Well maintained HVAC/Purified Air Flow, and air Filter is often changed.

Lovely Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare Simple Small Meals.

Attention: Smart lock SELF check-in system, please go straight to the unit, the code will be provided the date of your arrival. Please always make sure the door is locked behind you by clicking the ultra button on the bottom.

We are in building 1—Small building ( more private) with an outdoor heated pool (most of times), our guests have full access to enjoy our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs, Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2.
