Book Our Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Gem in the "Island Vista Building"

Our incredible condo/vacation home is located on the 2nd floor right in the heart of the resort. You will love all of the new modern furnishings and feel the comfort and luxury a soon as you enter the property. High end furnishings including patio furniture, flooring, appliances and window treatments truly make our condo one of the best on the grand strand. The condo building known as 'Island Vista' was built in 2006 with all first class amenities and has a true resort feel. Our condo is located in a quiet residential neighborhood known as the 'GOLDEN MILE'. Located on over 500 feet of sandy beach and is situated on one of the least crowded areas in Myrtle Beach. You will be near the action and away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. As soon as we walked on the property of Island Vista, we knew this was the place we would call home.

Our condo is very spacious (50% larger than the typical Myrtle Beach Suite) and has all the upscale interior appointments such as granite counter tops, tray ceilings, tile flooring & a Jacuzzi tub you should expect. Our home is DIRECT oceanfront and offers spectacular ocean views from the living room and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom. It also includes a large living room and a dining room for family dinners and each bedroom is equipped with a 32" OR larger LCD flat panel TV and a private bath. The large master bath also offers granite counter tops, double vanities and a large Jacuzzi tub. And don’t forget we have a “FULL SIZED” washer and dryer in our condo for your convenience.

We have all the amenities at our resort and the area is just perfect for your family. And since the weather is wonderful all year long, whether you’re here for a family vacation, a winter retreat, a romantic getaway, a men's golf retreat or even a girl’s weekend getaway, “Anytime is a Good Time” to visit Myrtle Beach. But even if you want to just hang out, the onsite restaurant, Tiki hut bar and grill, wonderful pool complex, hot tubs, tanning lawn and the list goes on and on, make it the perfect getaway!!

Even though our kitchen is wonderful and totally stocked with everything you need, you might want to visit the full service upscale restaurant in our resort, 'The Cypress Room” which has one of the best breakfasts on the Strand. It is open for breakfast and dinner daily, so enjoy the oceanfront dining at its best. This restaurant opened in the original Sea Island 30 years ago and has created a following of locals. It is recognized as one of the best on the Grand Strand.

When you find yourself lying in the sun around one of the 3 pools, you can also enjoy the “Tiki Hut Bar and Grill”, a favorite of ours featuring frozen drinks, cocktails and casual food at reasonable prices. We hope you decide to choose our home away from home for your vacation. I’m confident you will start building family traditions and memories of your own in our beach haven. Our home offers elegant comfort, extra room for relaxing and a view of the beach that will last in your hearts long after your vacation is over. We know you will enjoy your time and hope to welcome you as a valued guest that visits with us every year.

This condo is privately owned and rentals are strictly available through private rental agreement with the owner, NOT through the resort management company Island Vista Holding Company LLC. The resort management company offers a bell-service, room service and snow-bird activities that are not available to private rental guests. ALL resort amenities (pools, gardens, gym, parking garage, restaurant etc) are ALL available for private guests without restriction. Because my unit is on the second floor, it is very easy to park on the same floor as the condo to unload your belongings. I also provide my own beach towels for my private guests not able to use the management company pool towel machine. Please contact the host for details of all amenities, date restrictions and with any questions.

We love the location we stayed here 2yrs ago and loved the beach was not crowded! Gary is always a great communicator and the condo was available upon arrival even though we were early! Just Perfect

Island Vista was exactly the spot we wanted. Such a quiet part of the beach and the pools were perfect for kids of all ages. The unit was clean and the beds were amazing!! I would recommend Island Vista and this unit all day.

Another perfect week at Island Vista

Property is in the perfect location. Close to everything, but a nearly private beach because it’s located in a mostly residential area. Gary was great with the communication, and always so fast to respond to my questions. The updates to this unit are beautiful. We’ve stayed all over this resort, and this one was awesome.

Great place to relax

Everything was as described, location was close to everything, host was so very helpful with suggestions on food and shopping, pools and grounds were nice and kept up with well, on site restaurant had great breakfast and lunch items, only complaints would be that a very few of the staff were not exactly pleasant and parking is at a premium almost always and if you have a large vehicle, flip side of that was that everyone parking was very patient and courteous, three thumbs up to the host it was a great get away from everything

We used to go to Myrtle Beach all the time. It’s been 10 years since the last time and the place we used to stay at wasn’t the same from what we heard. So my wife found Island Vista. The owners were very personable, they reached out to us and were responsive to all our questions. In the end, it felt like we were staying with family. It was a beautiful place!

This is a great place to stay, beautiful sunrises, right on the beach, close to great restaurants Gary was great to work with, very communicative and fast to respond with any questions we had. Great place!

We were very comfortable here. Beautiful condo with large oceanfront balcony with great views. Host was very quick to respond whenever we reached out. The location was great as it was less crowded on the beach. Easy drive to restaurants/grocery/shops. We enjoyed the walk to the park right next to the property & live music by the pools.The garage is tight but we managed ok and always found a spot easily. The resort was clean and staff was friendly. Easy access to parking and resort lobby. We would def stay here again.

Excellent condo

We loved this condo and all it offered! This property is perfect for a family. We had 7 people total with 2 being children and never felt cramped or crowded. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. The pools and grounds were kept tidy. The elevator and parking were both extremely convenient. Gary was responsive to emails and texts from before the trip to checking out. We hope to visit again.

Perfect in everyway!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the property. It is more beautiful in person...and the pics are amazing. Everything you need for cooking, cleaning, linens, etc. are there. The unit was extremely comfortable and decorated perfectly with amazing views. I really cannot say enough good things. I am making my reservation for next year.

Relaxing stay

Our vacation experience with Gary was as every bit as amazing as we had hoped. Communication with Gary was easy and he responded immediately to any questions we might have. The property was large enough to accommodate our family of five and had everything that we needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Gary has thought of everything. The location of the property was perfect! We were close enough to many attractions, mini golf, and many restaurants. The access to the beach was a major plus. We look forward to returning to Myrtle Beach and would definitely stay here again.

4th of July 2024 week

Your place had everything, Hot tub, 3 pools 2 outside, 1 inside with a lazy river. Every night tiki bar had music; the tiki bar had excellent sandwiches and drinks. Never had to go back up to the room for anything, The beach was footsteps away and the view was outstanding. would like to come back next 4th of July. What a great week, Thank you Larry, Sue, Kevin, Liz, Oliver, Tessa, Scott & Dafne.

Best vacation!

We arrived a bit early a little after 3 when check in is typically 4 I messaged Gary to see if we could possibly get in earlier he responded quickly (like he had done the entire process) saying it was clean and all ready for us, went directly there parked on level 2 and condo was right there easy code access..went in it smelled and looked amazing! Yall this place had everything we needed from the closet full of toys, to the large balcony, to the comfy beds( I need this topper) the large couch and seating in general in every area was perfect for us! I told Gary before we even left that we were already planning to come back next year. We were able to hang at the beach/pool area during the day(plenty of towels for that in the room already)and tiki bar was an added bonus then back up to the room to enjoy the hot shower or jacuzzi tub(plenty of bath towels,hand towels and wash cloths) we would head out then once back to the condo we would enjoy the restaurant/bar just downstairs or sit up in the room and enjoy board games or cards or back out on the balcony with a glass of wine! If you are considering this condo stop thinking and book it...we are coming back to this most perfect condo and the location is unbeatable close to everything but beach isnt crowded at all! Thank you Gary for making this our best trip to date. Cant wait to return!

The Condo is Wonderful!

Traveled to this beautiful condo for my grandkid’s Fall Break; six of us: my son and his wife, our two grandkids (14 & 12), and the wife and me. The condo is a wonderful size for this group; we never felt cramped, and the space served us extremely well. Reports were that all the beds were very comfy. I have absolutely no complaints regarding anything tied to the unit. Island Vista as a facility though didn’t quite meet the promise, which may have been tied to our end-of-season timing. But, given it was Fall Break time I was hoping for more. The Tiki Bar touted in Gary’s statement and Island Vista’s web page was never open. The indoor pools were still in summer mode and too cold for even the kids to consider taking a trip on the lazy river (a disappointment for them). Only one of the two outdoor pools was a temperature that could be withstood – and the family did enjoy that. The beach though is great, and our time spent there was wonderful. Gary’s place is superb! If you aren’t there early or lates season I predict you will have a great experience

Beautiful condo and property. My family and I had a great time here. The condo, pools, and beach are all next to each other which was great for us and anyone with young children. Beach is also not too crowded here. The condo was clean and spacious. Island Vista is in a great location as well. Very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay at Myrtle Beach!
