The unit is very clean and great for families of six or couples. 100+ golf courses are only a short drive!

We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleanliness protocol developed with cleaning expert guidance. We clean and sanitize for each stay (before check in and after check out).

Smart lock SELF check-in system, please go straight to the unit! Entry code will be provided the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.

Please bring your favorite beach/pool towels, or you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Must be clean and respectful guests to book. This is NOT a hotel room, but our personal condo; please treat it like it`s your own.

Entire condo except Owner`s closets.

We are at building 1—small building ( more private) with the outdoor pool, our guests have full access to enjoy our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs, Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2 & 3.

Free assigned parking lots across street.

Walking distance to miles long oceanfront Boardwalk, Skywheel, Zipline adventures, Pier 14, Ripley`s Believe it or Not etc. Short drive to Broadway at the beach, golf courses and much more.

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

NO-SMOKING inside the unit, nor on balcony.

No pets nor events in condo. Violations are subject to a minimum $250.00 fine.
*Quiet time from 11pm-6am. Please be mindful of others.
*No luggage carts in the unit
*We charge $35.00 for stained, missing linens and towels.
*Max number of guests is 6
*No smoking inside condo, balcony included. Any sign of smoking/pets/events will be $250.00 Fine.
*Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.
*Please don`t take our towels out of unit to pools or the beach.
*Amenities that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
*Airbnb Damage Claim We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
*Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hampers in bathrooms, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everyone.
*Personal Items Left Behind: The owners are not responsible for lost or misplaced items left behind.
