Oceanfront 1 Bdrm Coastal Retreat at SeaWatch (North Tower)

Just the place to get away in this unique and beautiful 16th floor condo. Enjoy the view as you look out to sea and watch in the distance for birds, sea turtles and dolphins. You are sure to not miss a thing.
Suitable for 4 adults or a family with small children.

Indoor heated enclosed pools off-season.
Hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers. Lazy rivers are not heated.

In-season beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach-contact life guard for rental and price.

We also provide a "starter supply of toiletries" paper towel. toilet paper. dish soap and pods and hand soap.

Check-in information and door code will be provided prior to your arrival date. There is no formal check-in, go straight to the condo and start your vacation.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the unit balcony or breezeway. Seawatch provides a smoking area on the ground floor in the parking garage. If smoke is detected by security or indicated in the unit after your stay there will be a $350 mitigation charge.

Location was great. We had family staying at Sea Watch and found out more family were coming so we found this room and it worked out great. We loved the room. Property Mgr. was hands on from start to finish.

great views and has all the amenities you need

Beautiful view of the ocean. It was nice to have a couple of chairs provided to take back and forth with us to the beach. We were able to sleep our family of 5 comfortably. check in process was simple. The unit was very clean. The resort has plenty of pools to choose from, an arcade, restaurant and coffee/ice cream shop which made this a very convenient place to stay:)
