Not happy

Staved for 5 days and 4 nights. We are an elderly couple.and we like to watch our favorite shows in the evening. Internet signal was very poor. TV would not connect or stay connected to the internet. We called the front desk and was told that we had to call the service provider. So we called. We are checking out today. Still not fixed. We haven't been on a vacation in 2 1/2 Years. Very disappointed. Especially for the times it was raining and we stared at the walls.
