DUNE OUR THING ⛱
Newly updated two bedroom two full bathroom beach cottage in award winning Ocean lakes. Cottage is short golf cart ride to the beach. This house comes with a golf cart (must be 21 and have a valid drivers license) and wifi. House comes with one king size bed, one queen bed and sleeper sofa in living room. This house comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and large flat screen smart TV in living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware. There is a stacked washer and dryer. There is also a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. Pets 20 lbs or less myst. Be prepared-approved and non refundable fee of $125 per animal will be added after booking is approved. Please message me prior to booking.
Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Ocean Lakes does charge $15 per night, per vehicle for parking pass. We do offer express check-in which provides you with parking passes in advance and the ability to drive on through the main gate and miss the check-in crowd upon arrival. In addition, express check-in provides an incentive of $3 discount which brings parking to $12. All parking fees are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. Express check-in will be handled after final payment. If bringing more than 2 vehicles you will need to utilize overflow parking area.
The renter is responsible for all linens, towels and paper products. Linen service available by request, additional fee required.

We had an amazing time staying in this property! Bonus it came with a golf cart making travel to the beach and waterpark simple. We love the cute decor in the home and how it felt like home! We will be back!

Great Spring Break

This property was great. This was our second of many visits to Ocean Lake for our Spring Break vacation. Would stay here again. The house was clean and the perfect size for our family. We also enjoyed the golf cart. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Cute place and very clean. Includes a golf cart at no additional cost which was really nice. Owner reached out to us thanking us for staying and asked for recommendations. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and never had this experience. We made a few suggestions of items we thought were needed and she purchased them that day!

This house has a very cute beach theme and fun decor to match it! We found that kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and bbq for those who want to cook. Great front porch and golf cart on premises makes this Get Away a Winner!

Property was great. Ocean Lakes is fun. Check in is a little weird having to go to office to get parking passes. Watch for $30 charge for parking and bring your own linens. Owner was very good with communication.

Perfect Bungalow

This bungalow was very clean. Convenient to the beach, pool, and all other amenities. Golf cart provided was very nice as well. Wouldn’t change a thing and would highly recommend.

Great little home in Ocean Lakes

This was a great little home in Ocean Lakes. It was perfect for my husband and I, along with our small dog. The property was easy to access, and included a golf cart! I missed that the property doesn't include linens. Slight inconvenience, but easily resolved.

Great place to stay!

This property was great for our beach getaway! The house was just as described online. Everything was clean and functional. The bonus was that it came with a golf cart—you're going to need that to navigate Ocean Lakes, and it really does save you time and money that it's included. They also have sand toys for kids, chairs, and umbrellas as well. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. They answered questions promptly and were very helpful. I'd highly recommend this property for your stay at Ocean Lakes.
