The room has a beautiful ocean view. However, the outdoor carpeting was really nasty. You didn’t want to remove your shoes on the balcony or in the condo. The floor hasn’t been truly mopped and cleaned in a good while. Maybe a swifter is used but it needed mopping for sure. The room was clean overall. The linens are aged and worn. The other most notable item that need cleaning or replacing was the shower/tub. Especially where the drain was…it was hard to tell if it was stained or dirty. But the most disappointing factor was noise!! From 10:30pm to midnight (at least) there were people in the hall playing extremely loud music. They were partying pretty hard. The walls are paper thin so you can easily hear the voices of the adjacent condo. We never saw employees walking around the property, checking on the property. We would not recommend this property.
