We weren’t allowed to check in till 5. We were told they “spot cleaned the carpet” around the bar area and the table and not to use the dishwasher because it was broken. The dishwasher had actually leaked and the carpet was soaking wet the entire stay which made the entire unit stink like mildew and was a slip hazard with my elderly parents . The kitchen was extremely sparse of actual cooking equipment. The outdoor balcony was not swept . The tv remote in one room had no batteries . The overall resort was fine.
