This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo has been newly updated with stylish new furniture and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a King Bed, Murphy Bed and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy all the comforts of home, with stunning ocean vistas from the living room, bedroom, and private balcony. eave your worries behind as you relax by the sea, knowing laundry is a breeze with the in-unit stackable washer and dryer.

Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Must be up tp 40 lbs , dog fee $25 per dog, per night. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. ONLY DOGS are allowed. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions) (Maximum of 2 dogs allowed). No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as all resort amenities.



Other Things to Note:

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm.



Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.



All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.



For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.



Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.



Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.



Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.



In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).



Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.
