The oceanfront room was awesome! However, the furniture was a bit outdated; the carpet was dingy. Nonetheless, for the value, the room was par excellence for an affordable price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a quick getaway on a budget-friendly basis. The staff was pleasant, check-in was seamless, and the experience was great overall.

The room was dirty as in hair (not mine) in multiple locations, sheets were stained, empty underwear box in dresser drawer, accordion style door divider was broken in half, and tables hadn’t been wiped. The room had a musty smell that lingered the two days we stayed. Loved being able to walk out onto the shared patio and easy access to the pool and beach. Kitchen was newly renovated. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is just fine for the price you pay. The staff are friendly and location right by the beach is nice, but the rooms are very outdated. There is terrible moisture control so it felt humid inside the rood and the carpet constantly felt damp. They also do not provide shampoo and conditioner, and the doors between rooms are not soundproof so you need to hope you have quiet neighbors. Overall just okay.

One of the two elevators makes God-awful noise and shakes terribly when using and seems to be the only one available most of the time. Room was ok, clean. Bed was not comfortable at all. Sleeper sofa sank in when sat on. A 2" gap beneath the shared room door did nothing to help keep the neighboring noise down at 2am. Half of the outlets in the room did not work. No lights at bedside. No bathroom supplies outside of two slivers of bar soap and toilet paper. Fridge was a good size, no coffee supplies for the coffee pot. No dish detergent which usually comes with an efficiency. Front desk staff were not friendly at all. Cleaning staff 50/50. Pool area was not kept clean or maintained, a broken window covered in pressboard was covered in mold, as was parts of the walls and window frames, and clean towels were absent. All in all, I wouldn't stay again as it currently is.. by the second night I was sleeping sitting up on the side of the bed, it was THAT uncomfortable. Also, I booked a queen efficiency and received a full bed. Too tired to argue about it. Just not my cup of tea. The place could use a suggestion box, if the owners actually cared enough to implement upgrades.

Very clean , reserved ocean front got side view lazy Robert was closed. Pioled didn't look clean. Some folks at front desk was rice like they have no customer service or don't like thier join. House keeping was great. They couldn't keep towel for the pool. Restraunt was cheesy and expensive limited hours and choices.

The building itself was old, but that added to its charm. It was clean and all amenities worked perfectly. Our room overlooked the ocean; the view and ocean sounds were wonderful. We had a kitchen, which was great; we ate on the balcony. Could not have asked for a more relaxing stay.
