I paid for a king bed oceanfront room , but was given at first a partial view not even. Then I called the front desk and was put on hold for a long time. I had to go there myself and then I was told that there was no king size room available. I had to take the double queen size.

Loved that you could just walk out the hotel and walk along the beach! Parking is less than desirable, long waits as valet brings your vehicle in a very congested space.

I didn't like that, i paid for a oceanfront room and didn't get one. I paid for a king size suite oceanfront but got a city view room.Them rooms where not the same price

Thank you for your feedback I am sorry there was a discrepancy with the room. It does not look like we switched it from what Expedia sent for the reservation which was the 1 bedroom with an ocean view. Again, I apologize for the misinformation.

Was surprised to find that are only parking option was valet. Bed was very hard. Thought I had booked an ocean view room. Got city view when we went to the desk. They refused to give us an ocean view even though it is off peak season. Said they can’t change any reservation done thru Expedia. We had offered to pay extra. Still refused to assist.

We would be happy to upgrade if we had the availability. Although not peak season our weekends we do sell out. Valet only parking information should have been on your reservation confirmation from Expedia. We hope you stay with us again in the future.

To be a Hilton is was not clean in the rooms. There were roaches, the doors sweeked and would shut unless pushed hard. The Valley parking was something we had to pay without the option of parking or self. You paid either way and only left 3 times and one time waited 25 minutes and the other time waited 45 minutes. The breakfast and lunch was going. 44scret

We enjoyed our stay there. It is not a place for couples due to the indoor water park it was filled with kids. I thought the hot tub would be free from kids but it had more kids than in the pool. Otherwise, it was great. Very clean and the staff accommodating.

I do apologize for your hour wait to check in. We were very busy due to the holiday weekend. Our check in time starts at 4pm we do not guarantee all of the rooms will be ready by 4pm We do our best to give early check ins and late check outs at no cost when available and we also have luggage storage, and you are able to use the resort while you wait as well. There is also so much to do and see around the hotel while you wait.

Would never stay there again because of parking system. Too difficult and crowded too much. Also paid $25. a day and then felt obligated to pay a tip twice to take car out and bring car back. Cafeteria could not accommodate the number of guests. Had to wait for place to sit everyday for 8 days. It was a zoo everyday.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived until we left, it was a series of unpleasant experiences. Initially, the confusion at check-in left me hesitant to ask questions, and later, the pool staff's behavior was inappropriate. The valet attendant made retrieving our keys unnecessarily difficult compared to other guests. Despite assurances from the front desk, billing issues persisted, with additional charges appearing on my account. The response from the front desk regarding payment was unprofessional, lacking an apology even after the error was acknowledged. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pool and Jacuzzi was subpar, with visible debris. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I won't be returning to this establishment.

All parking is additional cost parking whether you use the hotel garage or public parking near the property. The hotel garage is mandatory valet at an increased charge with tips expected. If you are using the hotel garage valet and want to park or retrieve your vehicle during peak check in or check out times you will wait 30 to 90 minutes. The area around the property is run down with individuals that choose to be homeless lurking around. Hotel garage is only choice to keep vehicle somewhat secure.

The hotel was Excellent! The room could have been cleaned better. Luckily my wife and I work with a vacation rental company and carry cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. They need a shower liner that actually stops the water from going out of the shower on to the floor making you slip when you get out or use all your towels and can’t get anymore from front desk. The pool was amazing and the complimentary breakfast was so good! In all once we cleaned the room we had a great stay!

This Hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The water park was a lot of fun. The only downside was one of the slides was closed. (It was the shorter one so it did not affect my daughter's fun.) The room that we booked on Hotels.com was not even a room they offered. We booked a Suite, 1 Bedroom, Non Smoking, Oceanfront. When we checked in we were given a city-view room. When I went to the desk to get it changed we were told they did not even offer that type of room. We were given the option to stay in the 1 bedroom city view or move to a studio with oceanfront. We chose to move.

Horrible since Hilton bought this hotel.
This has been our go to spot the last 4 winters. My kids love the indoor water slides and being able to swim in the warm. Things have changed over the past year…. For the worse! You are now forced to valet park. It has always been an option, but it’s not included in the price and it’s an extra 25 bucks per day. Service has always gone down hill. I had to call the front desk 3 seperate times for extra sheets and blankets. Breakfast is a 3/10, it used to be better but now they try to serve the cheapest things they can. Then to put me over the top the pool is suppose to open at 9 everyday. On the day of our checkout the pool is not open til 930. Not a big deal but my kids love to swim before we are forced to check out at 11. So I kindly asked the front desk if we could check out 30 mins later. They just say they cannot extend our check out. They said no. And it is just a care free no, like it’s my problem. So I asked can we swim before 9. Another care free no. With no emotion or care. Like I’m a bother and they don’t care that it’s not fair. Sad to say after 4 years of this being my go to wintertime retreat I will not be back! This place got bought out by Hilton several years ago and they care nothing about the guest. Front desk staff is very rude. And do care free about the guest or trying to keep them happy. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Valet parking easy. Check in simple & speedy. Hotel is easy to navigate. Room is clean, spacious & beds comfortable. Bathroom clean w/plenty amenities. Breakfast full of a variety of hot foods and cold selections. Definitely worth staying!
