Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to stay at The Myrtle Beach Resort.

The condo was fine for a 2 night stay. It was older, but some updates. The beach was close and the pool areas were clean and not crowded.

The unit was very nicely decorated and very clean. Bed was comfy too. The only issues are having to drive to a different location out of our way to receive check in codes and then back to the unit to stay and the unit had a previously reported water problem under flooring that squished up when stepped on. It had already been reported but they still rented it to us.

Sadly not a good time.

Was not happy that all the pools were under construction so then we had to share a small one with the resort next door. Our bedroom door was held open by a hook just shoved in the wall. There were no potholders available so we had used a towel. The beds and pillows were rock hard, even the kids were uncomfortable. The main door lock was coded so had to mesmerize a long code. The front room cable went out and was told it wasn’t an emergency and would get to it later. Just overall not a great experience.

Disappointed customer

First off I contacted the management company to let them know that we were going to be a late check in. We get there to the management company to get our packet with our code. Then when I put in the address to the actual resort it was whole 20 minutes away! I get to the resort and put my code in for the gate, get to our condo and bring our stuff in. As I’m looking and inspecting the place the sofa is dirty, the microwave handle was broken, and the bed slept horribly. The next day I go out to Walmart and I return to the property. I pull up to the gate and they told me they charge a $20 parking fee that I was NOT informed about!!! I had to end up having my mother in law cashapp me the money so I could get back to my family. I’m never renting from them again

Second Class Guests

We love the Myrtle Beach Resort and have stayed many times over the years. This room was the worst room I have ever stayed in and sadly effected the comfort of our trip. The room was run down, the shower was moldy and it didnt work great. There were no blinds on the sliding door and we faced east so they sun came in and lit up the whole room which was a studio. Too hot to sleep once the sun came up. Beds where mattresses on platforms with no box springs so we didn't sleep well at all. I dont like getting treated like second class guests just because we used hotels.com. I like to use my free rooms for family vacations but I feel like they put us in their worst room. This was a little trip before school starts up again and the room was really disappointing! The security did nothing about loud guests out on the beech outside our room lighting fireworks till 2am! Thats not an issue directed at you so much as its out of your control but just another aspect of the trip that made the whole stay horrible!
