HIGH FLOOR! Amazing 1 Bedroom/1Bath beachfront condo has amazing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony! This 1 bedroom, 1 baths direct oceanfront condo is on the 17th floor of Beach Colony Resort. This condo has small kitchen area, with a full-sized microwave and refrigerator. The furnishings are upscale with flat-screen TVs and a very large private oceanfront balcony. Fabulous amenities include indoor/outdoor heated pools, a lazy river, a spacious pool deck, an oceanfront pool, a kiddie splash, and a play area. Beach Colony Resort is located in the northern portion of Myrtle Beach and is very close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and all the area's attractions.

A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Barefoot Landing, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river rides, a spacious pool deck, and social areas, an Oceanfront pool, and a waterfall. Indoor pool with cascading double waterfall. Children's Interactive splash and play area. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

IMPORTANT NOTE: From October 14 for approximately 3 weeks, the resort will be replacing hallway carpet on floors 3–5, one floor at a time. This unit is not on the 3rd or 4th floor, but guests should expect some construction activity and noise in common areas during this period.
