  • The Sandcastle is one of the largest houses on the Garden City Beach peninsula. Equipped with an lift, in ground pool and 5500 sqft of space inside the house, you'll understand how this beauty got its name. There are two living rooms in the house and 6 bedrooms total, each having a bathroom attached to it.

    * WE SUPPLY ALL LINENS, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS*
    A lot of the greedy rental agencies will make you rent Linens and towels. We don't believe in nickel and diming our guests.

    Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean with your morning coffee from the front deck and sunset cocktails over the Marsh from the back deck!

    Located between Yucca and Cedar ave Beach access, beach views and listening to the wonderful ocean sounds and breezes are just a few perks of staying at this awesome beach house!

    Some other things you can do near the house is to
    rent a golf cart a few streets away or stroll along the beautiful Garden City Beaches. You can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing or deep sea fishing out of Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, take an evening sunset cruise or simply head to the beach on southern end of this unique peninsula and spend the day watching the boats travel in and out of the Inlet. You may just be lucky enough to see dolphins playing in the water and and occasional SeaTurtle swim by!

This is a great house. It was perfect for our group of 10. We had more than enough space. The kitchen was well stocked. Great proximity to the beach and pier. Endless beach toys, chairs, boogie board and floats. Would stay again!

We had the absolute best time at Karl’s vacation house! We were a group of 12 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt on top of eachother. The location was perfect with beach access just diagonally across the street. The pool was so refreshing and great after a Long Beach day. We had a minor issue with a leak and Karl responded immediately and sent over their maintenance person who repaired the problem instantly. We would vacation here again if given the chance!!!

Amazing Stay!

We stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The house was clean and the pool was great and the check in and check out process was seamless. Owner checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going ok. Definitely will stay again.

Scenic, relaxing vacation

The property had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and close proximity to the beach. It was the perfect place to get away and relax with family. It was also close to stores and great restaurants. The heated pool was an added bonus.

Amazing - Spacious House in a Great Location

Exactly as listed. The Sandcastle is very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in a beach theme. Karl is an amazing host and was fantastic with responding to all questions before and during the trip. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing

Everything you see in the pictures is 100% accurate and the communication was very impressive along with the wonderful accommodations. Im definitely booking again and i love everything about this experience. Highly recommend this location for adults and for families as well. Very spacious and way better than staying in a hotel or motel.

Great house for a group getaway: comfy bedrooms with plenty of clean bathrooms; a spacious living/dining/kitchen space; lots of parking; pool with fire pit; and best of all, it's across the street from a lovely, wide, flat ocean beach. We would rent again. Communication with host was easy.

Great place to celebrate our friend getting married.

I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great time in Murrells Inlet. The house is extremely spacious with tons of room for a large amount of guests. Couldn’t have asked for a better owner, he was in constant contact about whatever we needed and both check in and check out were seamless. When we weren’t at the golf course we took advantage of the beautiful pool and backyard. The beach is a very close walk. Definitely will be staying here again the next time we visit South Carolina.

Great family house

We were there for the storm and the house was very equipped for an indoor stay. There were games, books, puzzles and coloring books for the children and the kitchen had every pot, pan, baking dish and utensil you could possibly want. When the sun finally came out it was a very close walk to the beach and there were plenty of chairs, toys and towels for all.

Beautiful property as pictured. Best property manager I’ve experienced after many VRBO rentals. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We didn’t use pool or fire pit but both looked great. Elevator a must convenience. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay

This home was absolutely beautiful warm and welcoming. The owners were fantastic with communication and we were made to feel like family. My ladies and I will absolutely 1000% have another visit at this fantastic home. Everything was perfect but I feel like if anything was not okay the owner would have it taken care of right away. Thank you for memories made and friendships nurtured.

...and a GREAT TIME was had by all....

The house was open and friendly! Each room had bath towels enough for the guests in that room (YAY)! There were plenty of beach towels and beach toys and chairs. The pool area was clean and very pleasant and accommodated our group of 11 easily. Our whole group enjoyed everything about our stay in the Sandcastle! The best part was that, when we had an issue, the owner and his property manager resolved it QUICKLY! What a nice change from most rental properties!

Great House

We loved the easy access to the beach and nice pool area. The decks also had nice views of the beach sunrise and inlet sunset. The garage had lots of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and beach carts. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 women and 6 kids to gather and to sleep. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. And most of all our host was very responsive in answering our questions and sending us help in operating the elevator. Having the elevator was also a plus for transporting luggage and groceries.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this property. It was only a few steps to the beach. The pool was wonderful. The host was a dream to work with and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We definitely want to go back again.

The house was perfect for our family group, everybody had enough space. The location was awesome right next to the beach, and the pool added another layer of fun! We rented a golf cart and E bikes for the week, which everyone enjoyed. Karl, the owner could not have been more helpful and responsive to every need. He is an exceptional host!
