  • Best location & Best condition! This is a brand new built 3-story home in 2018.

    The first floor : 1 or 2 under-roof parking, 2 more additional designated parking spots.
    The shower with warm water at back of the house.

    The second floor: Kitchen, living room, one guest room, one bathroom
    Kitchen : refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dish washer. kitchen appliance and equipment, coffee maker, drinkware, cookware, flatware , and dinnerware.

    Living room: queen sleeper sofa with Chaise, Lounge Chair, cocktail table, end table, dinning table, and ceiling fan, 55 in wall mounted smart TV, with Roku.

    Guest room: bunk-bed, 1 twin, 1 full. 32in smart TV with Roku, 3-drawer chest, walk-in closet.

    The third floor : master bedroom with bathroom, one guest room with bathroom, washer/dryer room
    master bedroom : Swing King bed /two XL twin beds. two night stands, 2 lamps with power outlet, 6-drawer cabinet/chest, 32in smart TV and Roku, ceiling fan with light
    guest room: queen size bed, chest, lamp, alarm clock, 32in smart TV with Roku, ceiling fan with light, walk-in closet.

Family spring break

We had a great stay! The house is clean, and in the perfect spot to walk to the beach. Parking is tight but having three spots was convenient.

Great location to thebeach

Our overall stay was great. The net door tenants partied loudly until around 2 in the morning for two nights. We had small kids and it was very disruptive. This is not the owner's fault but it listed no loud parties or noises on our agreement, wish the tenants next door had the same agreement. They left trash and debris on our side of the unit after they checked out and we had to clean it up to make sure we weren't blamed.

Great location

This property was very clean the owners were very easy to communicate with and were available when we had questions. It's just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants in the area.

Beautiful place and the owners were great!

Everything about our experience was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for nicer place. There were plenty of beds for our family of six. We could have had an extra couple of people if needed.
