Joan was very sweet to deal with, and she communicated through-out the week. Condo was clean and well stocked with Cookware, utensils, a specialty coffee maker, a wine refrigerator, Six water bottles already cold in the refrigerator on arrival with snacks on the counter. She included a small starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap with hand soap at every sink, which is very unusual at any other condo of stayed in. The walk to the beach was short and the view was amazing. She also offered plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The only suggestions I would have regarding the condo itself would to be add an icemaker since there’s only one icemaker for the whole building and it’s on level one and we were on level 16 and upgrade the bed linens. They are thread worn and wouldn’t stay on the bed through the night.
For the condo building itself-pools were cloudy and had sand in them first thing in the morning before the pools opened, so I’m not sure when or if they were cleaned. Seemed the pools in the condos next door were crystal clean each day but maybe they are newer, not sure. There are plenty of nice pool chairs, 2 hammocks and a nice swing in the grassy area, but there was definitely a disturbing “sewer” smell and standing water around and behind the pool bar the entire week which we avoided while walking through to the beach. At least 1 of 2 elevators were inoperable 4 days we were there. I would rent from Joan again, but not in this building.
