Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo with 6 Queen beds. Huge oceanfront balcony. New vinyl plank flooring and tile, upgraded bathroom vanities, fixtures and lighting. New custom tile walk in shower in the master bathroom. Many other upgrades. Better quality professional pictures of our condo will be added to our listing in the near future.

The Breakers Resort is considered to be one of the finest resorts in Myrtle Beach. The resort is comprised of 6 uniquely designed buildings all boosting amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Our spacious oceanfront 3 bedroom condo is located within the Paradise Tower, the newest building featuring the aquatics facility with a large indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, kids pool, lazy river, and a kids splash zone with 4 water slides. The heated indoor pools and other water attractions are great for year round enjoyment. Building amenities also include glass-enclosed hallways that are carpeted and air-conditioned, three high-speed elevators, ice machines, a game room, shuffle board, lounges, and commercial shops. There are several restaurants near the Breakers complex, including Starbucks, a pizza parlor, and Ben & Jerry's ice cream. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Family Kingdom amusement park, along with dozens of dining, entertainment and nightlife options are all within easy walking distance of The Breakers central location. The Myrtle Beach Convention Center and Broadway at the Beach are just a few blocks away.

Our oceanfront condo features a large oceanfront master bedroom with 2 queen size beds, flat screen TV and an on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and sliding doors leading to the large oceanfront balcony. Each of the two guest bedrooms include 2 queen size beds and flat screen TV. The full size kitchen includes upgraded cabinets, granite counter tops, smooth top range, full size refrigerator and dishwasher in addition to dishes, pots/pans, utensils and coffee maker. The living room includes a full size sleeper sofa, 42" flat screen smart TV and sliding doors leading out to the large oceanfront balcony. In addition, our corner unit has 2 side windows in the living room bringing in additional natural light. Enjoy an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean from the large 2nd floor balcony, very safe for children. Our condo also includes a washer / dryer in the unit. Rentals always include bed linens & bath towels, departure cleaning, WiFi and parking included in the rental. PLEASE NOTE: The use of all pools, lazy river, hot tubs and kids splash zone in our building (Paradise Tower) that are pictured on our listing are included in each rental. The use of any water amenities in other buildings of the Breakers Resort complex are NOT included.

Please note we rent to families and responsible adults ONLY! Minimum rental age is 25 years old with a valid ID unless an exception is made in writing by the owner. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, or other non-family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of the owner. Any violation will result in termination of rental agreement without refund.

The condo is in a great location. Short walk to the boardwalk and many other stores. Communication was great with the manager and any issues we had during the stay was quickly addressed. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip

The coffee maker is broker, the doors to the washer and dryer are broke, it was not clean, the wifi was a nightmare, there were only 2 garbage bags for a 3 day stay, the toilet bowls were for kids, even short people had to go low. Overall I was not pleased the best thing was the 2 queen beds in each room.

Awesome Spring Break from NY

Condo was great. Was little confused when we pulled up due to all the construction but the workers were so polite. Beds were comfortable plenty of space we had 5 adults and 1six year old. Location is perfect right on the beach walking distance to soo many places to eat and shop. Only things I wish for is better kitchen utensils and some beach stuff like sand toys and chairs. Scott was very responsive when I called the first night about parking. Our daughter is already asking to go back.

Housekeeping Issues

Beautiful oceanfront view and a large balcony overlooking pool were definitely the plus side of our stay. Upon arrival, our group encountered multiple housekeeping issues that we felt the need to take care of on our own before unpacking. After check-out, I shared pictures and a text with our “Host”. She apologized for not responding sooner; however, did not feel the need to extend an apology for the issues we experienced.

Nice location but unit is dated and location above screaming kids all day

Location of unit was nice. It is in the paradise unit, not on the check in instructions. We had to wander around and finally the owner provided location. It is located right on beach, that is the good. The unit is on second floor, right above lazy river. All day you hear screaming kids above the nice wave noise from ocean. Unsecured WiFi was terrible and it dropped constantly . Beds felt like sleeping on just springs, old food in the pull out drawer under oven(French fries), popcorn ceiling in kitchen dirty above oven. Floor had sand and was dirty. Overall not clean for the lack of value. Very dated complex with one of the 2 hot tubs out of order.

Worst VRBO Experience Ever

Shortly after arrival we had to clean the condo before we could even let the kids down to play. All of the dishes had to be washed as well as the mattress protector on the fold out bed had to be washed. The owner messaged us about our stay and offered to have someone bring a sheet set for the fold out couch and never followed through with it. I sent her an email with my complaints one being a roach found dead in the silverware tray and she respond late replying she could send housekeeping out to clean again. Several of the appliances were broke. Tooth brushes from the previous renters stay were still in the bathroom. We requested information about additional parking and the owner did not respond. Thankfully hotel staff helped us. Only thing positive was the location and roominess of the condo. The condo itself was nasty, outdated and the owner did not communicate well with us. Worst VRBO experience we have ever had. My family will not be staying here again. The hotel itself is wonderful. If I could report the owner of this unit for lack of communication and not addressing our issues I would.

Every year we are at Myrtle Beach for Spring break and baseball at the Ripken Experience. Perfect location for the short commute to baseball, and plenty of walkable places to eat, drink, and shop.

Great beach resort, myrtle beach.

We arrived monday march 10th and departed march 14th friday. The resort was great. It was centrally located, restaurants, shopping and miniature golf. The 5 of us totally enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect place to make memories

This home is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends. The unit is spacious, well equipped, and the perfect place for kids. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and there is a Keurig & programable coffee pot. With 6 queen beds there is still room to maneuver around in the rooms without being cramped. Being on the second floor and steps away from the elevator it was easy to get in and out of the condo. The stairwell across from the unit leads directly to the pool area which was wonderful for the kids. Breakers is designed for family's! The lazy river, heated pool and splash area kept the kids entertained for hours while the adults enjoyed some r&r in the hot tub. The resort provides plenty of towels around the pools and the staff was vigilant with monitoring the area. We were greeted upon arrival and escorted to our unit. Check in was smooth because we were provided with very clear and accurate instructions prior to arrival so look for those emails. Janet reached out to us upon arrival to insure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The parking garage is located directly across the street so use caution crossing the highway with little ones. No fault to the condo or owners, but the parking garage is tight! To those of us with bigger vehicles it can be a bit of a challenge so be prepared and patient. The garage also fills up quickly on the weekends so we discovered that leaving the suv and walking was a better solution. Can't wait to come back

Great Girls Trip

The property was as described. I have not stayed in a 3 bedroom condo, where each room had plenty of space. The space was fabulous, for 7 grown women. The pool and lazy river area is large. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The only downfall was, we came the weekend of the tropical storm. Thankfully, the space in the condo kept us from sitting on top of each other. Janet was very helpful and quick to respond, when I had a question. I will definitely come back!
