Wonderful stay!

We loved the view from the balcony and extremely short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again! The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen so we could eat in.

Great vacation stay!

Overall the place was awesome. Great location, great property with indoor and outdoor pool that were clean and kept nice. Slightly deceiving online with showing a second bed in the bedroom, it is one bed and there's a pull out cot in the closet and the ottoman in the living room turns into a small bed, not a pull out sofa bed. The room was very clean and the owner left supplies which was helpful during our stay. The neighbors smoked weed the entire stay so we smelled weed every time we walked in our room or went on the balcony but thankfully it wasn't over powering enough to affect us or our child staying with. I'd definitely stay here again because it was just what we'd need for parents and small child for a long weekend.

Wonderful view of Myrtle Beach

Property was wonderful for a party of two. One bedroom unit with a great view. Kitchen sufficiently equipped to cook meals when not dinning out. View facing north was awesome. Location is great for those just looking to relax. However there nothing within a reasonable walk to get coffee or a sandwich. Had to drive to purchase groceries, not far but not walkable easily. Condo is very nice. We did note that our allergies to pet dander was noticeable when sitting on or being around the couch. I suspect the owner my have a pet that stays with them when the owners are using the condo. Overall the condo is wonderful and we would consider staying there again.

All you need in one spot

We arrive a few days late due to a flight delay. When we got there it was confusing to figure out where to go, but once we found it, it was easy. The condo was jist like the pictures. We LOVED the view and the chairs on the patio. We really really appreciated the two beach chairs and umbrella that were left. The location of the unit was perfect. Steps away from the beach. Only two negatives were the couch was not a sleeper like the description and the water pressure was very low. All in all, I would be happy booking this unit again.

Needs a really good clean!!!!!

The condo is nice. I really wished it was clean. The microwave smelled like dirty dish rags. The bathroom was not clean at all. I didnt even want to step on the rug. The Bed had stains all over. Thank goodness i brought my own. The floor was sticky. On the plus side. The veiw was beautiful.

It was wonderful I had a wonderful day only issues I had first of all no one made it clear that the parking pass had to be in the vehicle at all times so when we first got there we unloaded our stuff and went to bed we got the next morning not to have a car because they towed it because the parking pass was not in it the second issue I had was they shut the pool down for I don't even know what reason for three of the days that we were there inside and outside pools but hey they're still a humongous ocean and those two minor hiccups we had a wonderful stay

It was ok

Check in process was weirdly complicated. No one was in the office (which was hard to find) and I had to call to get any info. Told I had to wait before going to room for cleaning. Finally allowed in a 5pm (2 hours after check in time) and condo wasn't that clean and smelled funky. Late that night we had to move the coffee table to sit more comfortably on the couch and found a pile of sand literally swept under the rug. The condo is in a great building and stretch of beach and the view is amazing.

Basically basic

First of all the location in Ocean Forest is fantastic. The beach is very quiet and has much less traffic then other Myrtle Beach locations. The view from the condo was lovely! The building is tired and a bit unkempt inside. The unit itself was very clean. The kitchen was my biggest complaint. No dish towels, dish soap or sponge yet we were expected to wash dishes. The dishwasher was off level and hard to open and no pods were provided to wash dishes in it. The bath towels were thin and smelled bad. Overall the place was fine but very basic. No coffee, sugar even to hold us over until we could shop. Also the bedroom was poorly lit. Two dim lamps, no ceiling fan. Not a great value for the money!
