  • One of the best lots In Ocean Lakes with spacious outdoor living space on Magnolia Lake. Newly updated private home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Oversized decks over the lake with fantastic views of the ocean. The perfect location for enjoying sunrises and sunsets.

    Downstairs bedroom features a King sized bed and full bath adjoined to the living space. Upstairs there is a spacious Master suite with large walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 features a Queen bed and Twin daybed with Twin trundle. Bedroom #4 has two Full sized beds. Each bedroom has deck access.

    Beach access and basketball courts are a short 5 minute walk.

    NO GOLF CART IS AVAILABLE OR PROVIDED.
