The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave your red pool bands in the kitchen. Put towels in the bathtub. No need to strip the bedding.
Do not put laundry down the laundry chute. This is for Wyndam housekeeping. We have our own private cleaners who take care of our laundry.
Please check that you have all personal items. Your front door lock code will expire shortly after the 10am checkout time. Cleaning crew will arrive by 11am to get the condo ready for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet Hours — 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Please be courteous to other guests relaxing and sleeping.
Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside units, on balconies, and throughout the Seawatch Resort. Designated smoking areas are provided on site.
Motorcycle Restriction (May 1–Aug 31) Motorcycles are not permitted on the property during this period.
