Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This is budget friendly for an oceanfront access hotel. Cute pool area for kids. One person at front desk slowed it down but he handled it well. After a typical rain storm, the payment system went down at the pool bar hut. Cash only. Not even room charge. The parking garage is terrible. In fact you sign a use waiver-big flag there. Our parked car was hit and the passenger side damaged. Management can’t do anything (plus you sign a waiver). They also collect a $100 damage fee upfront. If nothing happens, this gets refunded in the future on your card. If you’re a family on a budget, then this works. For $20 bucks more a night, there are options with better parking and pool amenities.
