The room was very clean inside. The balcony had carpet and looked like it had never been cleaned. there were potato chips on the balcony. Now it was very windy and could have blown onto it. The bathroom was very small. Overall, I would stay again but it was a very old complex and totally not what was represented with the pictures.

The room was much less than what the listing advertised. We were mislead about how many people the room could accommodate and the front desk couldn’t do anything to make up for it. Our loss!!

Listing was for a 2 bedroom unit, and we received an efficiency unit. Tried contacting the host multiple times and they never answered or called me back. Definitely would NOT book with them again!

The listing I booked was for a two bedroom with 4 beds (sleeps 7). When I arrived the hotel stated that I was booked for a regular room (studio) with two beds only. The hotel stated that there is nothing they can do. I called the host and never received a call back. I received messages from the app saying they are working on it, but they never did. VRBO also tried to reach the host numerous times, but never reached them. The bed situation was so uncomfortable that we only stayed the first two nights and left early Thursday morning. In addition, the hotel staff stated that they have had problems with the host's ad before and asked them to fix it. This appears to be a deliberate scam.

the location is great, right on the beach. The place is in the Jamaica Building, older and could use renovating. The unit itself is in good shape, not the newest but it was clean and that trumps everything. I would give it 5 stars but the mattress was very uncomfortable. Before the end of the trip I knew each spring in that mattress on a personal level. Aside from that, the check in was not smooth at all. The ladies at the hotel front desk rushed me and did not seems interested to answer questions or to make sure I am aware that there is not really a good spot in front of the Jamaican building to park and unload and I had to carry the luggage across the street where the parking for this building is located. On July 4th the parking lot was full of cars that did not have the tag so I had to park on the grass along with other vehicles that were showing the hotel tag. I let the front person know about this, she said someone will check it out and let me know when I can move my vehicle in the parking lot, but never heard back. Not a priority I guess.
