Oceanside View - Marriott's OceanWatch Villas, Myrtle Beach, SC

We are the owners. We are not a “premier host”. We typically occupy our OceanWatch Villa every year. We were planning to occupy this ourselves but now have to change plans. Per Marriott Vacations Exchange Procedures, we, the Owners, must provide the guest’s specific and accurate information no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date. This means Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

The rental is “Oceanside View”. This is Marriott language that the building is either Scallop building or Conch building. These are the two front side buildings with a side view of the ocean. This is not a direct view out the front but the side.

This is a typical 2-Bedroom 2-Bathroom condo features a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a guest room with two queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It sleeps up to 8. There is a living room space, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. This villa features an in-unit washer and dryer, and free WiFi.
