This cozy unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a unique bunk bed setup in the second bedroom—ideal for kids or additional guests. Enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee on the private balcony, and spend your days soaking up the sun at the beach, just a short walk away. With full access to the resort's pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and other amenities, this condo offers the ultimate coastal retreat!

Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
- 8 bath towels
- 4 long hand towels
- 6 wash clothes
- 1 kitchen hand towel
- 1 kitchen washcloth
- 2 soap bars per bathroom
- 1 dishwasher detergent
- 1 paper towel
- 1 toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 trash bag per trash can

A departure clean is included in your stay.
There are coin/card-operated laundry facilities on-site in each building.

* All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)
* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.

Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)


Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management.

Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer per week and an additional $5 per bike per day.

Great location!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a GREAT time. Gathered with other family members who rented RVs at the next door camp ground. Easy access to beach and view of camp ground swimming pool. The campground had live music for 3 nights, and you can listen from your balcony. Short walk to beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here several times. Excellent location and amenities, but could use extra sets of towels/washcloths and more floats at the lazy river. Last year there were plenty of these things but I had to do laundry daily this stay. HOA also had some last minute electrical work scheduled during this busy season which also closed pools until complete which was frustrating. Wifi did not work well either.

So the property is exactly as described!! You have many different pool options and a very easy access to the beach! The condo we stayed in was very nice! We only had a few complaints! The bunkbeds were super squeaky and uncomfortable and the bottom one was pretty much on the ground! Tge condo hadn't been mopped and there were alot of stains on the curtains and carpet and the light/fan fixture didn’t work in the dining room. We informed the Host and he offered to have someone come out and fix it! He was very easily reached and responded quickly, respectfully and kind! Any needs we had he tried his best to accommodate! We even extended our stay! Even with the very minor problems we had an amazing time and would recommend any family to come stay @427 !!! You have a nice view of the ocean and any day at the beach is just a blessing!! Thanks Myrtle Beach Resort!!
