Super pleased with this condo. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. But it was the view from the 19th floor that was most relaxing and enjoyable. Parking was across the street but easily accessible. Would definitely book this condo again.

We very much enjoyed having the best view of the ocean and easy access to the beach plus extra pools to have fun in. The only funny issue was that there was not enough closet space to hang up clothes.

The condo itself was nice but definitely could use some general maintenance and cleaning. Safe was not workable; doors (bathroom and general entry) have not been cleaned for some time. Spider webs in window corners. Bedroom drawers fell out. Showerhead water was very slow

Nice & Clean Unit, Awful Property

The room itself was nice, clean and as expected as it is a privately owned unit within a hotel resort property. I have absolutely zero complaints with the unit itself. The rest of the property outside of the unit is falling apart. Dirty, dingy, smelly, extremely slow elevators (when they're working), rude resort staff, ceiling materials literally falling, paint chipping off walls. The clientele by the pool was obnoxious with several people blasting their own music on top of the music that the resort was playing. The competing music styles all playing at once made for headaches and not a relaxing environment.

Overall the stay was really nice. The hotel itself was close to all the attractions. It was really clean and had a great view. The queen beds were great but the sofa bed was really, really uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be changed. I would recommend the place but it does need some upgrades to the sleeping arrangements.

Beautiful condo but parking deck is poor design

Room was clean and as described. Bed was comfy! Facility was well maintained. Only negative is the parking situation. Medium sized vehicle MAX. Parking deck design is awful & there is not enough parking outside of deck for all of today’s large vehicles!

This property has a spectacular view of the beach. However the condo needs A LOT of work. The stove has a broken burner and lots of rust, the microwave also was very rusty, there is mould around the bathtub faucet and the shower would not function properly. The can opener was rusty and would not work, the pots provided were terribly inadequate for a long stay. The toaster provided was not working properly and I did contact them and it was replaced. All the furniture is extremely worn and clearly could be updated. I appreciate the fact that this is strictly a rental property but it is time to invest back into it.
