The condo itself is nice, comfortable and as pictured. The view was not what the pictures seemed like however, as the run down hotels across the street didn’t make for a nice ocean view. The TV’s would not stay connected to the internet and we were told to “handle it with the Landmark Resort. However, the people at the front desk said there was nothing they could do besides suggesting we restart the router. It was never fixed while we were there. We did enjoy the pools and hot tubs and other amenities. Not bad, we just probably wouldn’t return.

Excellent accommodations

Property itself was great, very clean and organized, with all the amenities of home (kitchen, appliances, utensils, pots and pans, etc.). The only negative was that the neighborhood was a bit, well, hood, but not to an extent that it was too bad.

Okay

The neighborhood is sketchy. Check in was a hassle as the landmark staff have zero knowledge of what “ocean escapes” process. Overall the inside was decent. Toilet seats do not fit on the toilet. Towel hooks in bathrooms are not secured. The distance to walk to the beach was great. Having options at different resorts pools was great.
