Raised Beach House Duplex built in 2018 and freshly updated in December 2024 with new flooring, Can be rented as a 3 Bedroom or a 6 Bedroom House. (when booked with 1591656) This House is located in the Heart of Myrtle Beach yet off a peaceful side street just 1 block from a public Beach. The units are brand new nicely furnished to sleep eight. There are three parking spaces per unit . There are outside showers for you to wash off after a day at the beach, and there are designated grilling areas.

We really enjoyed the home. It was the perfect size for our small family gathering. My one critique is the carpet on the 1st landing needs cleaning but overall it was a beautiful home.

Spacious clean condo, 4-minute walk to the beach

We had a great stay here! The condo was amazingly close to the beach and the unit is very new. Loved the outdoor shower to get the sand when returning from the beach! The beds were comfortable. The furniture was nice. There was room for the seven of us to be together and also have time apart. While not right on the water, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and from the windows. We would stay again!

This was a very nice place to stay. One street over was not such a nice place. This listing appears it’s is ocean front but is not. It is two streets over. It is quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The place was very nice but needs some pots and pans. Had no soap for the dishwasher and not sure how supply’s trash bags but didn’t have any extras other then that the place great and close to the beach thank you for letting us stay.

<5 min walk to beach. Would go back…little nuances were missing- keurig, cable/roku (purchased Roku for duration), no “starting amenities. Garbage bags, not enough towels, carpet should go-(just didn’t feel clean), “king bed” was two mattresses put together.

Nice place.

Over all nice place and good location. The kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty and we had to go buy cleaning supply’s and clean ourself. Neighbors kept parking in our designated parking spot and had to ask them to move. Saw 4 roaches in the bathrooms but they won’t moving very well so I assume the house had been treated, so that’s a good thing. Other than that I have no other complains. We would stay here again.
