It's a quiet and clean area and minutes drive to the beach, convention center and Broadway.

Perfect condo

We enjoyed our stay! Perfectly situated between the beach and Conway. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood.

Apartment was clean but minimal accommodations. If you plan on doing any cooking, this might not be the place for you. There were like 4 forks, no bowls big enough to mix pancake batter or salad. We asked for sheets for the pull out couch and the owner brought a fitted sheet, a thin blanket and a pillow with no pillowcase - not even a full set of sheets. Overall though it was fine for what we needed though.
