Regency Towers is a family oriented resort located along the beautiful Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach. The resort provides direct access to uncrowded beaches and wonderful amenities. It features a large oceanfront pool which is covered and heated during the winter for your enjoyment.

Regency Towers also features the largest units on the Grand Strand, 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a sauna and an exercise room. It is conveniently located 3 minutes away from (within 2 miles) the Myrtle Beach International Airport. It offers easy access to over 100 championship golf courses and is only a short drive away from fine dining, excellent shopping venues, fabulous shows, amusement parks and water parks. The ocean and beach are just outside. Outlet shopping, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing await your visit. Quick and easy access to the new Market Commons for a unique shopping experience or take in an air conditioned movie with stadium seating for a change of pace.

This unit is cleaned at every departure. This includes an EPA approved disinfectant spray similar to that used by hospitals, nursing homes, schools and more for the prevention of many viruses including the corona virus and influenza.

This is a spacious, 1,750 sq. ft., 3 bedroom condo. Unit 1001 has a 15' wide, 9' deep private direct oceanfront balcony. 74", 60", 55" and 42" flat screen TV's. Free wireless internet. 24 hour front desk and security. The condo has been completely remodeled and has full size doors, laundry area and premium granite counter tops, deluxe shower and custom dolphin fixtures. The living room has 6 recliners for your comfort. At 1,750 square feet this is the size of many houses. The master bedroom is 15 x 17 with additional areas for dressing and bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has another queen and queen/queen bunk bed.

At the Regency Towers, you will always find a warm, welcoming staff ready to assist you at all times. It offers the opportunity for relaxation and privacy. There is assigned parking for the condominium in front of the resort. No need to drive around cramped parking decks to squeeze into undersized spots.

Great time in MB!

The unit was very nice with up to date amenities and furnishings. The property is very well maintained. The family had a great time and we’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Great Place

This condo is very nice! Highly recommend. Host is very responsive. Staff at check in very friendly. Rooms are very spacious. Had 7 of us at one point we all fit comfortably. One slight issue with the overhead light and fan in master bedroom. Maintenance was notified. Once again definitely recommend this place.

Great stay!

Even though our visit coincided with hurricane Debby, we had a great time! The condo is fantastic and met all of our needs. We especially appreciated the amount of dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies that were available. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return in the future!!

Great Ocean Front Location

Your lovely home was very comfortable with a great ocean view.It was well equipped & very clean.It had parking close to the building. Attractions were a close drive. Just watching the sunrise or walking the beach made this a great place to enjoy Myrtle Beach. We would love to return.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this condo. It was was the first condo we stayed at that we didn’t need to clean when we got there. The location was perfect. It was close to all the restaurants, stores, and mini golf. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Awesome stay!

This property was so well thought out! Carts and shopping carts are available to get items to the condo. Beach, pool, and hot tubs are easily accessible and well maintained. The kitchen was so well stocked. TVs are large and furnishings are really nice. We loved everything so much that we didn’t have to reach out for anything!

BEAUTIFUL and convenient place to stay with young children

This was a beautiful property and well maintained. Owner was very responsive and takes great pride in providing a good experience for the guests. Kitchen had everything we needed and so did the rooms. One thing about the building is the front desk personnel and all people that work there are extremely helpful and welcoming. There are carts to bring up all items to the room which was more than I expected. It made it super easy even when needing to go out for a large grocery run. Thank you!

Family Easter

This home accomodated my family perfectly. We were visiting my daughter who is a student at CCU for Easter. We were even able to bring Granny and she had her own room. We cooked big breakfasts, were able to get my college student caught up on her laundry and enjoyed family movie night complete with popcorn and everyone in their own comfy recliner. We especially enjoyed the ocean decor right down to the dolphin faucets.It was a lovely visit. The staff was helpful with additional parking and we felt very safe. The host was quick with responding to my questions and we would love to stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

This place was exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful 10th floor oceanfront condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean. Large layout. Easy check in process. Building was very nice and clean. Only issue was the elevators in the building. Only two elevators. Takes time to grab one sometimes. This is not an owner issue.

Good location and large condo

Since this condo is at the end of the building it is very large. We stayed here as part of a guys golf trip. Plenty of space. The couches were super comfortable and the large TV was great for watching the final four. The condo is located about 8 minutes from the airport. The unit was clean. I would recommend staying here. Just one thing to note. They didn’t provide shampoo or paper towels. Not a big deal just thought others would want to know for planning.

BASEBALL GETAWAY

We absolutely loved Tom's condo in Myrtle Beach, SC. From the spacious bedrooms with the comfy beds to the fantastic recliner chairs in the oceanfront living area, we could not ask for a more perfect place to stay while at Myrtle for my grandson's baseball tournament. We loved waking up and opening the curtains to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and my daughter cooking breakfast for everyone in the open spacious kitchen while we sat around and conversated before heading out to the ballfield. If you haven't looked into reserving Tom's place for a weekend or a week or two, you are missing out. We will definitely look into renting from Tom again when we are back down Myrtle's way! Be Blessed!!

Just Right!

We had a blast last week at Myrtle Beach! The comfort and cleanliness of our rental played a huge part in that. If it’s available, and you have the money, BOOK IT!
