Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swims in the pools, onsite restaurants! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.



Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.



Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

Relaxing great location!

We were here in the middle of spring break. Beautiful view! Close to everything! Surprisingly quiet! The house had everything we needed. Very easy access to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!!!

There Are Lots of Great Rentals So Stay Somewhere Else

First the location is great and the resort amenities are nice to have access to but renting through Big Fish was a nightmare. After booking through Vrbo we received multiple extensive emails with rules all of which came with a heavy fine if we broke them. They put four different holds for the deposit on our credit card. The last one was a full week after we checked out and took four days to fall off. You don’t receive your door code until 4:00 the day of check in, so we planned to arrive at 4:30, however when I didn’t get the door code until 5:00 I thought for sure we got scammed. Something about the process just felt off. I called the office number several times but was sent straight to voicemail each time and the responses to the text messages seemed like delay tactics. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and the bathrooms, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the AC went out. Overall the experience was a huge hassle, too expensive for what it was, and Big Fish just seems shady.

Family fun in the sun

Perfect size for our family. Could use a few updates. The beds were not very comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer! The floors needed mopped and were very dirty leaving our feet black.

Myrtle Beach Golf

The condo has old, outdated, & worn furniture. Our MAJOR issue was that it has ROACHES that we reported on the first day that they never addressed until the last day of our stay. We were killing ROACHES each day & were told there was nothing they could do except report to the HOA. Stay away from Big Fish Rental!!! And don’t stay at Sand Dunes Resort!!! We stored food & clothes in airtight containers & kept luggage off the floor, in our cars, & on the balcony. Terrible, Nasty, and VRBO should be ashamed for renting a place like this.

Wonderful Management, Iffy Resort

Overall experience with host was amazing, prompt replies & resolutions. I'll admit I was traveling with older women that are not flexible and the host was beyond understanding of their desires. The listing met our needs. Our only grievances were the resort having 2/3 elevators broken until day 5, no AC in elevators or elevator lobby working (which was troublesome for elderly members of the group that couldn't just take the stairs). For the budget, as a 30 year old I'd stay here again for sure with younger friends

We got to condo and had no passcode for door that looked like someone tried to break in several times because the lock was loose. Got passcode literally 30 min after 4pm. Then the air conditioning did not work and the apartment was extremely hot, hotel would not help us and the linens looked worn down, the cleaning service was terrible we had no batteries for remotes for television and for thermostat for the air conditioning. We emailed hosts only to be ignored stating they never got emails of problems. I’m happy we only booked for 3 days

Worst Stay Ever!!!

The AC was broken in our unit until the morning we left!! I messaged Big Fish rental Monday morning after I was still being told to check the doors, windows anything that could be open. When we arrived the unit had several fans laying around - the AC had been broken for a while! I spent our entire stay messaging and begging them to fix this unit! My oldest son and husband do not enjoy the beach but enjoy sitting and watching the view from inside! They could not even sit inside without sweating!! Everyone I messaged Big Fish they came up with another excuse why they couldn’t come!! I requested a refund and all I get back is we are checking with the owner and get back to you! I’m contacting the better business bureau! I’ve used VRBO the last 8 years and never ever have I been treated this way! You always expect something to be broken but the AC at the 95degree beach is unacceptable and makes a miserable stay!! Steer clear of this unit and Big Fish Rentals!!
