South Tower-10th Floor-2BR/2BA Custom Design & Professionally Decorated-All New!
- Welcome to Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is a gated, 57 acre resort with 24 hour security. Our newly purchased condo is located in the South Tower on the 10th floor.
EE10 has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated with all high end finishes. It is very spacious and well appointed. We have a beautiful, wood look tile throughout the condo, including the balconies. Custom cabinetry in the kitchen with pull out shelving, a full size pantry in the hall and a tray ceiling. All new stainless upgraded appliances and fully stocked with all new cookware, dinnerware and glassware.
Our ocean view living room has new sliding glass doors that open to the large, deep, tiled balcony. Balcony has two tables and six comfortable chairs for enjoying the ocean or having a meal.
The living room has all new furniture including leather pull out sleeper sofa, 65" Smart TV, remote controlled shades, and cove lighting around the perimeter. Popcorn ceilings have been removed and all rooms are freshly painted. All new custom doors and hardware throughout.
The oceanfront Primary Bedroom has a king bed with all new bedding and En Suite bath. Primary Bedroom has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a small, private balcony. Sliding glass doors have remote controlled shades. All new furniture plus a 65" Smart TV. Primary bath has new vanity with solid surface countertop and a tiled walk in shower.
Guest bedroom has a queen bed with all new bedding and En Suite bath. Guest bedroom also has a gorgeous view of the ocean and direct access to the main balcony. Sliding glass doors have remote controlled shades. All new furniture plus a 65" Smart TV. Guest bath has a new vanity with solid surface countertop and a tiled walk in shower.
Full size washer/dryer in the foyer.
It has been our family's dream for many years to own a piece of paradise in Ocean Creek and now it is a reality. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
