Our room wasn’t ready at 4 o’clock. The maid was leaving when we went in very rude. Didn’t tell us. The floors were still wet and all the glass doors just about broke our backs just to get open. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony. It was just too hard to open the flat doors to hear the ocean. It needs improvement. We did enjoy the pool areas and outside on the beach plus looking out the windows at the beach.
