Beautifully maintained 3BR/2BA first-floor condo in Magnolia Point golf community. Perfect for families or friends, with a fully stocked kitchen, pond-view patio, and access to 7 pools. Just minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, and Myrtle Beach attractions. Enjoy a peaceful, spacious stay close to everything! Includes free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, smart TVs, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Ideal for family vacations and golf trips—something for everyone to enjoy!



The screened-in patio, with its peaceful pond view, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with evening cocktails. It’s an ideal place to relax and “chill” after a round of golf!



We want you to feel at home and enjoy the space just as much as we do. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware (because we love to cook), fresh, clean linens and towels, and a starter kit of essential kitchen and bath amenities.



Each of the three spacious bedrooms is designed to be welcoming and comfortable.



As avid golfers, we love that Myrtlewood Golf Club, with its Palmetto and Pine courses, is just 2 minutes away, with many other golf courses nearby. The beach is also just a short drive or bike ride away.



Magnolia Point is a peaceful residential community, with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—please note that security closely monitors this, and any violations will incur a $150 fee.



“The Big Chill” is a first-floor unit, so there are no stairs or elevators needed. Whether you’re here for work or play, this property won’t disappoint!



With exception to two owner`s closets, you will have access to our entire property.



Our property management team will be available day and night throughout your entire trip. We work closely together to ensure that your stay is hassle free.
