FANTASTIC first floor direct oceanfront efficiency with King Bed and pullout couch to comfortably sleep 4. The views are amazing and you are literally steps away to toes in the sand!! Also steps away to the St Clements outdoor grille and bar right next door. Our home is your home. Enjoy the incredible ocean views and listen to the waves crash upon the shore as you relax on the first floor balcony with a morning cup of Joe or a glass of wine all day! Your kids will enjoy the 43" HDTV w/DVD Player to watch their favorite movies. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils for a home cooked meal or enjoy the onsite resort restaurant.

Clean and cozy! Steps from the ocean, as well as a beach-front restaurant with great burgers and drinks. Lots of beach equipment available for use, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, and toys!

Excellent Myrtle Beach Stay

We cannot stress enough, how great it was to stay at Jay and Susan’s Beachfront apartment! Very short walk just outside to the beach, the apartment itself was super clean and was very comfortable. Myrtle Beach itself was a great time. We will certainly be booking here in the future.

Wonderful Getaway

This condo was the perfect location and had everything we needed for a couples getaway. I loved being on the first floor. All of my favorite things

My niece and I come every year and do our Christmas shopping. We love it because the view is amazing as well as the location. It is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. It is an awesome weekend of all my favorite things my niece, shopping, eating and the beach. This is the perfect location for us to bring everything together in and wrap also. We plan on coming back yearly.

Nice for a weekend getaway. The owners were super to work with. The cleaning service could certainly do a better job for them. It was ok, just small things like cleaning in the corners, cleaning the sliding glass doors. Definitely take your own sheets and pillow cases, for comfort. The linens were clean, just kind of scratchy. Great location, very family friendly, parking was good.

Amazing beachfront property

Location makes a big difference. You could just pick a chair and walk to the beach in couple minutes, without going though elevators, without walking for blocks, without stress of packing chairs/umbrellas/drinks as you could comeback for anything back to the unit. Unit is well stocked with all that I needed. Parking is plenty across the street. Easy access to unit from side of building for dropoff/pickup from car. Good onboarding, checkout instructions and timely responsive communications.

Myrtle Beach escape

Jay and Susan have a lovely condo on the ground floor!! Not waiting for elevators was an extra bonus. But the condo was perfect! The decor was nice! The bed is very comfortable!! And the views right from your balcony are Gods paintbrush! We saw the sun rise and the moon rise in one day!! So beautiful! I loved the location as well. Close enough to the boardwalk to shop, but far enough that the beach population wasnt over crowded. Short drive to famous restaurants and sites!! Jay was quick to respond to any emails I sent along the way!!! It really was the perfect Myrtle Beach escape! Thank you Jay and Susan!! We will he back!!

Great location and friendly atmosphere

We love this place! The location, distance to the beach, just enough space with great possibilities! The kids love the beach toys always left to use and it means we don’t have to worry about traveling with so much sand back home! Our children are 8 and 10 so the couch is just enough but may have to bring a blow up mattress in the next few years so no arguments of space LOL… the location is worth the space size, we are only in the room to sleep! 😉the kitchen is well stocked with the basic items to enjoy an easy meal and a grocery store is about a mile away to stock up when you arrive! The host is very easy to contact as well. We love the walking options to go to places to eat and if you want to venture out you are not far from many great places! We love the atmosphere of the surrounding places!! Ready to book again for next year!

Best spring break

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach. This place was amazing and the owners were so pleasant to deal with. Great communication from the time of booking and always very friendly. Easy access to the room upon arrival and it was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. The views from the room are spectacular, nothing beats enjoying the sunrise while drinking coffee on the porch in the rocking chairs. A few short steps and you can have your toes in the sand, jump in the pool, or enjoy the hot tub. We loved being able to stroll the beach looking for shells just steps from the room. The resort itself was nice and clean. We always felt safe, and they had security walking the grounds often as well. Never had any issues. Resort is located in a fairly central area where it's only a short drive to Broadway on the beach, outlet shopping center and all other attractions. We will most certainly stay here again when we visit the area, and will highly recommend to everyone.

The rental was as listed. Ot was a nice to be able to arrive to a full size refrigerator, stove, regular coffee pot, microwave and dishes ready to cook if wanted to. Only thing I missed was my Keurig however we made do with the regular pot provided and I appreciated it! And for the few negative comments on emoting the humidifier~ it IS ~worth emptying it! It makes a difference having it. Your room is not sticky as if youre on the beach!! Thank you Jay for sharing your place with us it was wonderful!

Disappointing Anniversary Stay

Were to begin...no carts anywhere to be found to haul our luggage. Parking was convenient but a wall blocked access to room, so it was a long walk around to haul everything. Upon entering the room, we saw a dead Palmetto bug in the middle of the floor and found out later the room had not been cleaned for 2 weeks prior to our arrival. Room was too crowded with furniture, broken pictures on the wall, and cracked tiles on floor. Bathroom light sometimes worked and sometimes not. Bathroom fan was struggling to work because it was loaded with dust. The toilet was low flush and frequently needed plunging to make it operational. Shower handle was also needing maintenance as it was falling off the wall. That night we found bedbugs in our bed which were quickly taken care of by the exterminator 2 DAYS LATER (no reimbursement or compensation was offered). The indoor pool was closed for repairs (not mentioned until after payment was made). Plus side, Beach was convenient and only steps away. This was a main floor apartment and gave access to a nice yard & hammocks. A lot of beach toys and chairs in the closet (but don't plan on hanging clothes in there - no room with all the other items). Owner was responsive and seemed courteous, but we had no personal contact with him. We will not be back to this hotel.
