🛏️The Space:

Our Oceanfront King Suite come with one bedroom with one king bed, one bathroom and a common area. These units feature a galley-style kitchen with flat-top stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, basic dishware and cookware and a full-size refrigerator. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well as a double-size murphy bed. Suites feature one HDTV in the living room, a second TV in the bedroom, a two person table with chairs and a private oceanfront balcony. These 501 square foot units sleep up to six people comfortably.

Great Stay

I love everything about the resort. The room was so nice and clean. Kids love the water slide it's so big it's like 3 different areas u can choose to enjoy the pools the bar was great for the adults checkin was a breeze I love my house keeping lady Celia she was awesome and very helpful. Love the area everything no complaints. Will be returning

Caribbean suite

We stayed in this suit for two nights. Overall the stay was good. Check in was a disaster. The lobby was packed with a huge line that moved at snail pace. I recommend you check in late. Because everyone and their entire family of there at a quarter to 5 everyday. I stood in line for an hour. Besides that the rest was fine. They have a clean place, clean pools, good music. Great beach access. We are locally and cooked in the room. I loved being ocean front. Having my coffee and watching the waves in the morning. The elevators are busy. So expect to wait on your way up and down, elevators need work. But the suite was great and had everything we needed.

Not as expected

Room was clean, staff was friendly, but our balcony door was broken and it took 2 days for anyone to fix it but only after we went to the front desk and complained that nobody came then someone did. The hurricane was horrible and the “indoor” pool was closed and the beach was unsafe to swim so that was very disappointing for my kids. Also the cleaning staff wasn’t available for 2 days out of our stay and our garbages and towels weren’t replaced so We took our garbages to staff and looked for a housekeeper to get towels ourselves. Very dissatisfied.
