Lovely Lowcountry townhouse boasts a tranquil lakeside setting and easy walk to the beach. The furnished balcony offers a comfortable outdoor living space with lovely view. Additional features include numerous home improvements, split bedroom floor plan, covered parking, and covered lakeside patio with picnic table and grill. Private community pool and beach access are walkable.

BEACH GEAR: Receive a limited credit toward beach gear rentals by VayKLife! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.

MAIN FLOOR: 1 bedroom with ceiling fan, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining/living area, furnished deck with lake view.

SECOND FLOOR: 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, laundry room.

AMENITIES: Smart TVs-2 with cable (LR, top floor BR), DVD-1, internet access, keyless entry, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, full size refrigerator, games and puzzles, washer/dryer, heat/AC, lakeside deck with rocking chairs, glider sofa and dining set, lakeside covered patio with picnic table, grill, covered parking, private community pool with limited parking available, beach gear credit, walkable access to 7 miles of beach.

HOME IMPROVEMENTS: 2025 - both bathrooms renovated, additional new kitchen updates including cabinets and fixtures, fresh interior paint throughout, new smart TVs, new living room furniture.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

POOL ACCESS: Approx. 10-minute walk. Leaving Villa 99, follow Lake View Circle to Heron Marsh Drive, turn left and follow nearly to the end, taking the crosswalk over South Dunes Drive once the pool is in view. Located adjacent to the tennis/pickleball courts, the Heron Marsh community pool has furniture, restrooms, and limited parking. (No pool heating. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 5-minute walk. Leaving Villa 99, follow Lake View Circle to Heron Marsh Drive, turn left, look for the “Beach Access” arrow, and follow the path as it crosses South Dunes Drive and runs between the Hamilton and Shipyard Village (bldg A) condos to the beach. Alternately, guests can walk a little farther beyond the Heron Marsh pool for access at the resort’s oceanfront common use sundecks. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restrooms as well as beach access parking.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. Take a dip in the pool, splash in the ocean waves, and beachcomb along the shore. See saltmarsh vistas and fascinating shorebird life. Explore Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and historic Georgetown. Experience nearby award-winning golf courses and chartered boating excursions. Sample exceptional local restaurants – many within walking distance.

Relaxing getaway

Loved the townhouse and the location. Very peaceful and short walk to the beach. The townhouse was very homey and we loved that the deck overlooked the lake. We will be back!
