"The staff was very nice, EVERYONE greeted us , and was friendly. Our room was not the best location, middle of the downstairs hall across from vending. Could have asked to move I guess but it was pretty full. I could hear EVERYTHING on the floor above us ,(walking, toilet flushing in the wall next to the bed coming from the floors above). Breakfast was great , the dining area clean and maintained. Overall, I can always count on Country Inn & Suites for a good stay."

"Visiting for our daughter's graduation. Smaller Hotel only 3floors. Good area, not far from shopping. Room had small refrigerator and microwave. The property definitely presented well online, however in-person it could use some renovations. Furniture in room and bathroom was pretty worn, and mattress didn't fit the base well. Purchased our own sheets to use while there as the ones provided didn't look as white anymore. The room size was ok, however the cleaning could use some work, coffee pot and furniture was pretty dusty, including the shelf where they placed the clean towels, so we ended up doing a little of our own cleaning before unpacking, as there only seemed to be 1 person working and he was overwhelmed with answering the phone and overseeing the front desk. There was a dirty towel left in the shower. Entry Door of the room did not lock properly, which was a little scary. It was graduation weekend for a few of the high schools in the area so changing rooms wasn't an option. Overall if you're looking for a cheap place to crash it'll do the trick. It was kind of difficult to find even with GPS. Didn't try the breakfast so can't give a review on that. Not a lot of parking. We probably wouldn't stay again."

"Excellent property and room. We had a suite and were very pleased. We love nostalgia and architecture of old historic buildings. This property has original bricks, beams, wood floors and elevator motor. We loved it! The convenience of downtown Rome, the Riverwalk and park were what we were also seeking. Add dog-friendly and you are all set. Full size fridge in kitchen, too. If you want sleek, minimalist and modern, then this is not for you!"
