Unfailingly courteous and smiling staff. The buffet breakfast was magnificent beyond description. The room was spotless and the laundry service faultless. The rooftop pool is small, but what a wonderful way to start the day before breakfast. Two small points. Be aware that the hotel is not in downtown Mysuru, it's about 4km distant. That's no problem, and the nearby areas are interesting and quite well-to-do! The room picture windows are great but need some maintenance to make better soundproofing. And a table and chairs on the outside balcony would be a nice addition.

Nice location with eating places nearby. Supermarket within 500 metres so very convenient. Rooms are basic but well maintained. However, there was some construction going on nearby so it was noisy at times.

Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea,coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has good space and ambiance…. We tried few veg items, there is scope for improvement there.. we tried pool as well, it was clean and ample space with chairs to sit. Liked it.

Expedia shows the hotel as 4 star, but the correct would be 3 for the property. Room was just decent enough nothing exceptional. The corridor/ hall way in front of the room was really dark and requires some good lighting to direct to the rooms. When it comes to Wi-Fi it had never worked in the room.

Good Hotel in a very good locality

Hotel's in a very good location. New Hotel, my room was spacious, bathroom was good too. Disappointed with the breakfast - ate idli & vada on the first morning and found it below par. Coffee was terrible too. Didn't return to the restaurant. Service was excellent - front office & house keeping. Overall a good stay. Food & coffee needs to improve drastically.
