My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The house was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to do just a short walk away. The owner was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. This property is perfect for enjoying Mystic. It's walking distance to everything and so charming. The hosts are so welcoming and thoughtful. There are starter amenties and it's as close to a hotel or bed and breakfast as you can get for comfort. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful, the location is literally perfect (2 mins walk to anywhere in downtown Mystic), and the host - Gerard, was really helpful and kind. Our stay in Groton/Mystic was fantastic thanks to this fantastic property! Gerard keeps a pristine home with every charm we could have hoped for. We dined inside and outside, slept comfortably upstairs and down, and enjoyed many walks to town immediately around the corner. We have already started thinking about our next trip north and without question, this home is at the top of the shortest list!

Wonderful house for a family or group trip to Mystic. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It’s location is perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants in town. Gerard is a great host - very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. This house suited us perfectly for our Mystic vacation. My husband and I and our two daughters and their family were there. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect. Each family had their own bath. This house is big and spacious! It had a great deck out back with a table that fit all of us. We were 6 adults and 3 littles 3 years and under!
