"I had a very pleasant experience here and would stay again. Kay and Celeste were very sweet and welcoming hosts. They prepared a tasty breakfast every morning and had fresh coffee. The room was small and the building is old so every step is squeaky, but that personally made it more charming for me! Bringing a fan for noise helped with sleeping. The bed in the Notrella room was very comfortable. There is a shared common room with a tv and a shared bathroom for a few of the rooms. The bathroom and room were clean but a little dusty. There is 1 small fridge that is shared. The town of Allerton is very small. We loved the kitties!! This place isn’t for everyone, but if you like small towns and historic buildings you’ll enjoy it."

"For the price point it was perfect, came up for race weekend. Had hot water(i love hot showers) room was clean, staff we did encounter was friendly and parking was great. If we have a need to be back that way will def stay again."

"It was great, we have already reserved the house for next year. The storm was crazy and knocked out internet so we couldn’t watch much tv which ok- we spent time in the pool. Great host and easy to chat with. Quick to help w issues. 10 breakers blown but he came right over and got us up and running again."
