"Great hotel just outside shibuya station. My wife and I did have trouble finding the correct exit out of the station. Shibuya station is a mess with too many lines converging into one location. Wish there was proper signage from the hotel to direct guess. The hotel is amazing. The staff was Helpful at every steps in our process. We elected to have the breakfast included. Well worth it, we had the Japanese breakfast three mornings in a row, I tried each of the choices and must say, it was delicious. What makes it great is how attentive the staff were once we entered the restaurant. The room we got was on the 22nd floor, it had an unobstructed view, that included Tokyo tower in the distance. The hotel provided free water every day, saved us the teouble of lugging to the 7-11 to stock up on it. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room every day. Super stealthy, they came in when we were out and done by the time we came back. Kudos to all the hardy workers. In conclusion, thank you for a wonderful experience. We chose the hotel to explore shibuya. Tokyo is rather tricky to navigate, we wanted a direct shot hotel, that made daily excursions easy to plan and implement. We recommend the Cerulean Tokyo Tower Hotel, it’s an island of tranquility in the chaos of shibuya "

"Very conveniently located next to the Shibuya station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and friendly staff. FamilyMart nearby which we bought our breakfast everyday. You can hear the trains passing by but it didn’t bother us. Hotel provides slippers and pajamas. Toiletries can be picked up next to the front desk"
