"The room was okay( an old hotel but updated); furnitures were updated but we were disappointed to find out that there was no microwave or cookware/ oven /utensils in the room as detailed online per our room Choice. Had kids and had to go all the way to the busy reception( a different tower) to get their food heated each time. The hallways were dirty and smell badly of “weed”. Reception didn’t answer calls too. Also instead of checking in at 4pm, we checked in around 7pm because room was not ready. Staying there was very unpleasant. Thankfully the representative from hotels.com did an excellent job finding us another hotel though it took couple hours. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, staff seem unprofessional and everything looks disorganized. We regretted booking this hotel; it’s the worst experience ever in my life with regards to hotel accommodation."

"The jacuzzi when used spit out some dark spot and I needed to restart the water. Some fixtures were broken or lose but the service and response of the staff was awesome. We think however that house keeping came in while we were sleeping and dropped off towels which was very strange. I would stay there again but in the newer building. Distance to the awesome finning was great and beach access was great!"

"The room was super clean, had a wonderful ocean view with balcony and the bed was sooooo comfortable! The staff were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable! The pool and deck were clean and relaxing! Highly recommend!"

"The resort itself if beautiful - two pools, lazy river, tennis court, shuffle board court, basketball court, mini golf course. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Resort has gated security. It is a cashless facility (credit/debit or room charge only), so be aware of that. The one fee that is buried WAY in the fine print is that when you rent from a third party (Expedia, etc) OTHER THAN the vacation week owner, Marriott Vacation Club charges $20-$30 PER DAY, PER VEHICLE for parking for any of their resorts. This added an additional $80 to our cost for our short stay. I may have looked at staying somewhere else if I had known that upfront (who reads through ALL the fine print? Lesson learned for me). We will stay there again (as we have for many years prior) but will probably only rent from a vacation week owner if we have the chance."
